Excellent communication and speedy delivery. I appreciated the item arriving in recycled packaging and the photographs of the items I have purchased have always accurately represented the item purchased making it a very easy online shopping experience!

Great quality product, price and speedy delivery.

Lovely shop, easy to order, good communication, very nicely packaged with a personal touch.

Brilliant service. Brilliant product!!!

Great communication.
They read the notes/comments section asking them to write a set message in the card, as I was isolating so couldn't get to the post office. They even replied to say they had done it and it wasn't a problem. Will definitely use again.

It was very easy to order from the website, especially with the Mother’s Day section. The gift came really quickly and packaged safely. On opening the product I could see that everything was perfect and unique. The only thing I would change is to have some tracking information on the parcel as I didn’t know it had been shipped so wasn’t expecting the package to arrive. However it was lovely and will definitely order from here again.

Amazing shop and a fab woman great service highly recommended.. thank you will be back again!

Ordering was easy, range of goods fabulous and communication during the process spot on

I recently ordered a framed print from Handmade Design. The print looks fantastic. The frame was well packaged & the service was excellent. I will definitely shop here again :)

Handmade Design is one of my favourite places to buy gifts and cards. Laura is so organised and sources some beautiful pieces.
On this occasion I ordered chocolates to be delivered to a friend- she was delighted to receive her birthday gift.

Product was perfect and had an easy, Covid safe collection!

Prompt delivery , with a great choice of products and a personal touch will use again.

Will use again.

Excellent service, great products and quick delivery!

Laura's gorgeous little shop is my first port of call if I need a unique, quirky gift for someone all year round. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure all her customers are happy. Can't fault this wonderful, independent shop that's a short walk away!

I have used Handmade Design on several occasions during lockdown, to send items to people I can't see in person. Their customer service is first class - quick, efficient and friendly. The range of products is superb - interesting and in a wide range of price ranges. The kind of things we miss browsing for in independent shops these days. I am particularly fond of the anniversary cards, which cover early anniversaries, where the modern style is especially well suited to young couples. The letterbox ranges are also a lovely way of keeping in touch with friends and family in lockdown.

Lovely cards, fab service.
