THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY. THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND THEN THE WEBSITE IS NO LONGER WORKING. WHEN DISPUTING MY TRANSACTION WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY THE GOODS WERE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED.

Same as everyone else here ordered during ramadan and no items arrived. Requested refund but no response

Scam. When i purchased there was not reviews, I assumed it was a new business. Be careful. No phone number, no replies to emails, no Instagram. Tried messaging on Facebook no answer. It’s been over a month no response and no products arrived.

Definitely a scam. Never received any items or a response to my emails.

I would give 0/5. They are a big SCAM! They say the items shipped - nothing was received and they don’t have any tracking info either. They should be ashamed of selling Ramadan decor and taking advantage of people in the month of Ramadan. Do NOT buy from them. Big scam!

A bunch of scammers. I placed an order on January 31 and haven’t received my item yet. They failed to provide proper shipping information. I contacted them multiple times asking for an update on my order and they blamed delivery issues as a problem now they’re their website is completely shut down and their Instagram no longer exists. They’re just a bunch of scammers.

Fake and scammers. You will waste your money. I want to know how I can report them.

Placed an order on the 27th of January, it so not the 6th of March and I have not received anything - it says order completed on the 2nd of February which would have been too soon to have arrived. The website seems to have closed down so I guess this was a scam.

I’m so angry and frustrated at this. I came here to leave a bad review thinking only I had a bad experience and to my surprise every single review here exactly described my situation. I placed a pretty pricey order on Feb 1st, hoping it will arrive on time for Ramadan. It has been now more than a month and I received nothing. I sent 4 emails to which I only got one reply saying my order was dispatched but that they cannot track it or contact the carrier… what a bunch of liars! This is a total SCAM and I hope they all go to HELL. God will take care of them… using a Holy month to scam people.. how low can you be.

I placed an order end of January 2026 and have not yet received my product. Website is now down and they are not responding to emails.

DO NOT PURCHASE. Absolute bunch of scammers. Pretending to sell Islamic ornaments for their personal greed. Conning people out of there money, not replying to emails or sending out the products. Waited a month for my order and it never came.

Same experience i placed order feb 11. Its now march and i havent received any notice of shipment and i can no longer locate them on IG anymore- their webste says “coming soon” and cant seee their items anymore. i smell SCAMMERS

Package never came and there are no updates. Did not receive any tracking number and now the website is no longer available..

Guys don’t order with this website there’s scammers I order two items didn’t send it to me. Be careful.

As with others, ordered Feb 8 (express shipping) and they claim no tracking# associated & they weren’t expecting this. It appears website moved to Shopify? Sent complaint. Now random charge ($1600 CAD) on our CC which has been compromised. Beyond a scam, they’re collecting ur info. Very dangerous. Will contest with bank. Do not trust.

Same thing happened to me I have ordered a crescent for Ramadan in the beginning of February.
No update no clue how to get connected with them. So frustrating that i have been scammed. I was still anticipating un till i found this forum and read all your reviews. So sad, As my 5 year old was so excited about this Ramadan item.

Placed an order at beginning of feb it has been a month and no order has arrived. I have sent them endless emails and they are ignoring me now. They first told me they shipped my order without a tracking number, now i can see other people were told the same thing.
THEY ARE CLEARLY A SCAM !!! Exploiting ramadhan.

I am waiting for my card transaction authoriser to investigate and get me my money back.

So disappointed as the website is closed down now and no way of communicating with them.

I placed my order in the last week of January. Again same pattern of order showing as delayed then delivered. I have been in contact with the customer support but to no success they claim that the shipping service they use does not provide them with tracking details and that they are legitimate company. I’m actually really upset and disappointed I was so excited for my order!

Have not received my order - its been 28 days -they dont ive tracking numbers -they have no idea about dispatched-wondering if my order was even dispatched -is this site a scam

I too fell for the Ramadan ad with stolen pictures and bogo offers. Ordered items with zero tracking information and upon repeated follow ups I got a delivery confirmation where in fact nothing was actually delivered to me. I am also disputing the charges through my bank. Thieves.
