Hannie has helped me in the past with remortgages, health insurance and income protection. I am now using Hannie again to help with a new home purchase and future investment properties. My mortgage was arranged five years ago by Hannie. It is now time for a renegotiation. I spoke with Hayley today she was friendly and comes across as being well informed about the many options. She is going to do some research and get back to me with the choices of what may work well for me.

I had my initial appointment with Kayleigh, she was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I made an appointment fully expecting to be told I couldn't have a mortgage at all due to my circumstances. Kayleigh went above and beyond, not only securing me a mortgage, but supporting and guiding me through the most challenging time, personally, I've ever had. We were recommended Claire by a friend who had used her help for her first house purchase. Claire helped us get a great mortgage rate for our first home purchase base back in 2019. She met us for coffee, explained the buying process to us, she made us feel comfortable about what seemed like an overwhelming process, none of our questions were too silly, it was a great experience. We’ve since moved house twice, we’re on our third move and Claire’s just secured us another great mortgage rate this year in 2026.
