Hi ive had to return the 1st jkt last week it was far to tight, i recieved the other 1 today ive got to return that also , could you please return my money thankyou.

Das Produkt entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Die Qualität ist sehr schlecht.

Where do I begin!!! Terrible company stay away!!
I brought my husband a coat on the 23rd January, within an hour we found out he was having major surgery and I probably wouldn’t need the coat for a while. I emailed the company straight away and asked to stop the transaction and was told no it’s already been processed (within that hour?) 2 weeks later it was finally dispatched from china. It arrived 10 days later and terrible quality. I asked to return the coat and reminded them that I didn’t want it in the first place. The emails went back and forth, offering 10% off to keep it, then 20%, then 30% Jesus I didn’t want the item!!! Then I had to fill in forms and take pictures of it. Finally they sent me the address in china of where to send back to and cost me £42 to return. It’s now march 12th and I still have had no refund. The coat has been returned to them as I’ve tracked it, however, still no refund just the same line “we will look into it”. Please don’t anyone else be as stupid as me, I am now having to go through the agro of trying to reclaim my money through the bank.

Die Grössenangaben sind mangelhaft. Die gewählte Grösse war mir übers Bein viel zu eng.
Bei der Lieferung war kein Rücksendeetikett. Als ich dann per Mail nachgefragt habe, wollten sie zuerst ein Foto der Ware haben. Dann gingen viele Mails hin und her, in denen mir immer "bessere" Angebote gemacht wurden.
1. Zusenden von Neuer Ware gegen Portogebühren
2. 10% Rückerstattung oder ein Gutschein über 30% für einen nächsten Einkauf
3. 20% Rückerstattung oder ein Gutschein über 50%

Ich habe jedes Mal geantwortet, dass ich die Ware nicht behalten möchte, da sie mir ja nicht passt.

Erst als ich gefragt habe, warum sie sich nicht an ihr Kundenversprechen "30 Tage Erstattungspolitik" (steht gross in jedem Werbemail) halten, bekam ich dann eine Rücksendeadresse in China!

Schreckliche Qualität, die Retouren schickt man eine Privat Adresse in China auf eigene Kosten. Diese wurde dann trotz teurer Rücksendekosten nicht in China freigegeben, also gingen die schrecklichen, überteuerten Billigkleider wieder zurück. Kein Rappen wurde zurückerstattet, kompletter Scam.

I’m picky with materials, like very picky. If it scratches even a little I won’t wear it again. This one feels smooth but still structured so it doesn’t hang awkwardly. The color is slightly warmer in person, noticed it right away, but it works with most of my stuff anyway. Overall feels fair for what you pay .

This dress is honestly everything. It fits perfectly and just falls nicely when you walk. I wore it out last weekend and got so many compliments, felt really confident in it. Fabric doesn’t feel cheap at all.

C’est correct, ça fait le job. Assez confortable pour de longues heures et la couleur rend mieux en vrai. Pas une pièce incroyable mais clairement portable.

Ein schlechter Witz. Billigstware aus China. Die Rücksendung muss vom Kunden selber übernommen werden. Betrug!

I like that Hansen-Mode focuses on wearable styles rather than over-trendy designs. These are pieces you can use for more than one season.

I’m usually between sizes which is annoying. Took a guess here. Somehow it worked out. Not too tight, not too loose, just sits right. Rare win for me.
