Fast delivery, product looks good and slim. Convenience to have hot water, safe to drink. It would be perfect if the amount of drained water can be reduced.

Excellent Service
Their service was excellent and they are very quick to return enquiry e-mails. I asked an euro adapter plug as this was a preset to my son who lives in Euro area. They enclosed it without fail.
I deducted a star because they advertised that the item would be delivered within 7 days but they failed it.
