fraud company, booked air ticket, at time of cancellation no customer care number attending-hold for more the 20 min, no OTP on website getting,Gurgaon office closed long time back. Govt should take against this company, not refund money.Airline do dont cancel tickets asking to cancel direct from agent. Seems it is closed after taking money from customers.

I agree. Happy easy go is not a reliable company and request consumers not to do any bookings with them. I booked my flight using their website and on flight cancellation, they are not refunding my money since last 4 months. I am continuously writing emails to them, calling them but a general auto response is given that they have escalated my concern and will try to refund.
Consumers pls don't use them. Many people have raised complaints against them. Be aware to keep your money

I have cancelled tickets worth appx 44K on 20-Sep. As per their policy they are supposed to refund within 45days. even after repeated request and follow mail still refund not processed by HEG.

This site is completely fake. They're claiming a refund of 45 days, but they're not providing any. We're calling customer service now, but call isn't answering. They're not responding. 
It's been at least six months since we started working, yet these people haven't responded or are not receiving it.booking date 25/08/25 today 25/11/25

Happyeasygo is such a scam ticket site! I booked a flight ticket for August, and it’s November now - still no refund! They keep giving useless excuses, and now they’ve stopped picking up calls. I’ve seen so many people saying the same thing - these people are running an open scam in the name of flight tickets!

I’ve been waiting for my refund for quite some time now, but I still haven’t received any response from your end. I’m also unable to log in to my account, and my calls are not being answered. When I call from another number, someone picks up, promises that the refund will be processed within 24 hours — and then the same story repeats. After that, they stop answering calls from that number too.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It’s my hard-earned money, and I genuinely don’t understand why it’s being delayed for so long. You are going to lose loyal customers this way — and I’ll probably be the first one. I don’t want to write negative reviews or post about this on social media; I have other things in life to focus on. But honestly, there’s no justification for holding back someone’s refund.

All I can say, as soon as I saw a message after booking that the booking would be received in 45 minutes, I knew this was a fake online travel agency. The company takes your payment instantly, mentions that the particular flight has sold out, and the money will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. They take the public to be fools who don't understand that such companies use our money to earn interest for many days and make payments to their suppliers with our money. This is absolute fraud

I’ve booked a ticket with them from delhi to chennai, the money from my account has been deducted and after 8 hours they call me and demanded for more money as the prices went up, if i didn’t pay the money my ticket will be cancelled and the money will be refunded, that’s what they said… bullshit website… actually these people are scammers, please be aware and don’t fall for the trap…

These are a bunch of cheaters! I had purchased cancellable tickets in June. On cancellation I didn't get any refund. If you call customer care, they will ask you to wait for 48 hours. But this loop never ends. Don't believe in their offers. You will fall in a trap.

terrible experience with HappyeasyGo. Back in 2022, I booked a flight through their platform that unfortunately got cancelled by the airline. While the airline itself processed a refund, it seems HappyeasyGo has been holding onto that money for the past two years.

Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I've been met with nothing but dead ends. My emails go unanswered, and their phone support seems non-existent. It's incredibly frustrating to be out this money for such a long period, especially since the airline confirmed the refund was sent to HappyeasyGo.

This experience has left me feeling cheated and completely dissatisfied with HappyeasyGo's service. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to resolve the issue is unacceptable.

This company is a fraud. It has been 2 years since we are waiting to get a refund on the trip we had booked with air-india through happy easy go. They haven't refunded the money stating it is stuck with a vendor. When I contacted air-india - they have confirmed that the money is sent back to happy easy go. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They don't deserve even a single star.

They will not refund your money after flight cancellation even when the flight has refunded the amount. I had an Indigo flight from Bangalore to Delhi on 31st March 2023. Due to some reasons , I had to cancel the ticket and Indigo had refunded the amount to Happy Easy Go. But This fraud site is unable to refund the amount within 6 months even there is no proper response on call.Please I request you all please never ever book tickets from this fraud site

This company gives cheap pricing and so people are immediately attracted and book through them. However, they NEVER deliver once they take your money. Flights, hotel rooms - all the money gone from your pocket and no confirmation of the booking you've made. They don't have a phone number either so no customer care so therefore getting a refund is near impossible.

Customer care personals don’t even answer the call …. Nd they are not even providing refunds… moreover despite of the non availability in the airline, this website deducted the ticket fare nd later on they sent a mail that the flight ticket got canceled… nd now they’re not refunding my money

I booked a flight ticket of 26th Oct 2021 to travel from Bangalore to Vadodara ( Order ID:793245245151252930) and i had to cancelled this ticket due to my wife hospitalized. I conveyed and shared all documents to Indigo airline and immediately the refunded the ticket amount through virtual ID to travelling agency. I have been sending reminders to customer care - Happy easygo team and it is pretty that even after 30 month completion, havenot received refunded amount from them.

I have not received a refund amount & am highly unsatisfied with the way to handle customer issues. Please find herewith screen shot from Indigo airlines has refunded the amount of 3610 INR for your reference & refund the same amount on top priority.

The company is fraud, I have been trying to contact them since the last payment but unable to do so. Don't book anything from here
