Order never arrived. Said that they would refund my money. Six months later, 10 emails and still nothing. Avoid like the plage.

I have ordered from this company many times. I have always received my orders.

First order never arrived. They promised they will reship the order and after more than a month, I haven't received any information or updates. Avoid this website. Not worth it.

Estafa, evitar. No cumplen, dan largas. Hice pedido con seguro incluido y pagado.
El pedido fue parado aduana. Al reclamar el seguro promero me iban a hacer envio nunca ocurrio. Después de escribir innumerables veces me iban a hacer reembolso. Esto nunca ocurrió ( que estaban en ello, que hecho pero que llevaba tiempo…)

Scam. It’s like taking a sugar pill. No effect at all. Fake pills.

The product never arrived, they are scammers, they drag their feet but they charge you and they don't send you anything

I have ordered from them several times and despite a couple errors on a couple orders, they replied quickly and professionally to rectify the mistakes. I will continue to order from them as their customer service has been excellent.

My personal experience with Happy Family was absolutely 100% satisfaction. The tracking number was very accurate. I literally knew exactly when my package was delivered into my mailbox. I’m not sure why so many bad reviews have been posted. The transaction went exactly as expected, an agent called me almost immediately after placing my order and confirmed my order details and billing address. A couple days later I received my tracking number. The shipping was faster than expected. 17day from India I am very pleased with the service provided by Happy Family.

Ordered June 2023 lyrica. Got it in 6 days with tracking the entire way. I was shocked!

Scam, save for money don't buy from these east indi people.

Ya I thought seemed weird at first too. Someone calls u right after ordering. Then the first order I made took a long time. When I called them, the guy on the phone knew everything about my order and said it was still coming. And it did. And I ordered again, same process except the order came on time. And I’m actually about to order again and that’s how I saw all these bs bad reviews

Never receive the order, waiting for refund but was invoiced from "UM *Aivpd, Wan Chai Dist, 99", so no hope.
Definitely a scam.

Sent me incorrect medication and wouldnt help resolve the problem.

SCAM COMPANY FROM ASIA NOT US. It’s a scam company. I ordered medication from what was supposed to be a US company. Was then told that I would need a phone call to confirm my order which was weird to me.
As soon as the money came out of my account is was a different name (socuskilly) and was in Chinese currency. I immediately blocked my card & contacted the bank. My bank have thankfully refunded the money and will send out a new card so they no longer have my bank details and I have reported them for fraud.

I have been buying from this company for five years. I have never been displeased in anyway. The drugs they I purchase work the same as the prescription from the doctor. The customer support answered all my questions and were very nice. The pills came within two weeks. This company is not fraudulent and is very safe for medication.

Should have picked it up sooner but only when after placing the order the screen message said I needed to call to confirm details and the 'agent' got it all so wrong.....scrambling pathetically to recover from giving me wrong details....all too fishy, asked for transaction to be cancelled, agent said email will be issued instantly, nothing received
