If I could give zero stars I would! Happyminutes sent me an empty package. I also paid extra for express shipping but they shipped it economy. They're phone number is not working. It is a total scam!!

I ordered some products from your online store,your website was easy to navigate everything arrived in a timely manner I was completely satisfied I'll be shopping with Happyminutes again.

Order was lost in mail,and it was the same another time but I was refunded,great product just has no faith in the shipping part

I had ordered antibiotics and when my order was received they had run out. They probably notified me by email that they had and gave me the new date they were getting the new shipment (which wasn't long). They gave me the option to wait or to get a refund. Excellent customer service!

UPDATE:

The company has reached out to me by email and indicated they will send the missing half of the order. I will update this again if and when i actualy recieve the missing msterials.

Revived order today. I ordered 2 items. I was charged for 2 items. Only one item was in the bag. Order reciept indicates both items.

Checking back at the online store it now says second item sold out.

No indication only one was being send, no attempt from the company to refund the item not shipped. Attempted to call, number not working. Feeling a scam in process. Even if I get my refund they have been and may still be holding 70 bucks of my money for who knows how long.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I had a delivery issue with my order and the support team has been responsive, fast And offered to resend it at no cost. It was my first order and I just decided to give it a go, without regret. I will order with them again. They seems to have a large range of product for your pet!

I recently made a purchase and I had a couple of questions about my order. I emailed and the response was very fast and communication was excellent. Shipping was very fast and the product was exactly what I ordered and the expiration date isn't until 2027. I'm extremely satisfied and will be ordering again from this company.

Had issues with my cc , they were kind enough to work with me to help save my pets life. Great people and I will be in debt and a life long customer thank you again from myself and for saving my buddy nubs.

At first I was suspicious about this company but my concerns faded when I received email confirmation, tracking, and communication from the seller. I got my item in just a couple of days and it was excellent, saving the life of my pets. To me, that is priceless! Thank you Happy Minutes Store! I don't know why people leave bad reviews but my experience has been superb and I wouldn't hesitate to order again!

I Love this store!! I was able to order what I needed online. I received an email from them promptly. Margarita informed me that I would receive my order the next day. We did get our order the next day and were not out of stock for fish supplies!

I placed my order and within a few minutes Margarita responded to me by email. I received my order the next day. Do Not believe the negative reviews!!! I made my first purchase from HappyMinutes and the process was seamless. I was hesitant and not sure if I should order from them fearing they might be a scam but my hesitation was unwarranted. My order was placed Thursday 1/23/25 and I chose standard shipping. Later that day I contacted HappyMinutes by email and asked when I could expect delivery and I received a response from Margarita in the morning the next day. She stated I would receive my tracking # later that day and my order should be delivered the following week. I received my tracking # that day and my package was due to be delivered Wed 1/29/25. I was pleasantly surprised when my order was delivered Tues 1/28/25. I am very happy with there timely response to my email and the delivery. From my experience, I will definitely be ordering from them again!
