Great service and support as well as speedy delivery of goods all at very competitive prices

Really easy process filled in forms and then got a quick response. Then I was contacted by a Doctor who talked me through the whole process and took all the information she needed to make sure I was eligible. After two weeks she will schedule another zoom call and check everything is going well. So very pleased with the process and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.

There is great information given on mounjaro on the website and in the information leaflets that were sent. If I have any inquiries I email and get a response either by email or phone call. Happy Pharmacy care about there patients which is the main reason why I will stay a loyal customer.

Happy Pharmacy did not make it clear that it had an upper age limit on prescribing Mounjaro. Happy Pharmacy waited until I had completed an online consultation and paid for the prescription before later sending me a standard form email stating essentially I was too old and quoting quite wrongly licence conditions did not allow it to prescribe to people over 75. Since my current provider has no such licence problem, I question the rationale for refusal on the grounds of licence and age. Hopefully, the promised refund will hit my account as quickly as the payment left it.
It is worth noting what the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency had to say about Mounjaro:
"The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has today (8 November 2023) authorised via a national application route, a new indication for the diabetes medicine, Mounjaro (tirzepatide), for weight loss and weight management in adults aged 18 and over."

"Mounjaro is now authorised for adult patients with a BMI of 30kg/m² or more (obesity), as well as those with a BMI between 27-30kg/m² (overweight) who also have weight-related health problems such as prediabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart problems."

I advise all older potential customers of Happy Pharmacy to check with the company before ordering and paying for Mounjaro since they have decided to apply additional limits not required by the MHRA.
