She went above and beyond to customize everything to our needs, truly bending backwards to ensure we were happy with the final plan. Her dedication and care made the whole process stress‑free and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everything felt so personal, from the guide's explanations to explanations to the carefully chosen stops. I appreciated the mix of savory dishes and sweet drinks. The walking part made it even more enjoyable, letting me see everyday life in the Old Quarter. I left full, happy, and excited to recommend this tour.

The tour was well-planned and full of flavor. I loved tasting banh mi, snails, steamed pancakes, and so many other dishes I'd never tried before. My guide kept the tour interesting with cultural stories and fun facts. Egg coffee at the end was a highlight for me.

Central Vietnam completely stole my heart! From Da Nang’s dazzling bridges to the misty peaks of Ba Na Hills, every view felt like a dream. The Golden Bridge was even more stunning in real life — it truly lives up to the hype. I loved how each spot had its own story, blending nature, history, and local charm.

Everything about this-day trip ran smoothly. The pickup was on time, the guide was friendly, and the schedule was well balanced - not rushed at all. Halong Bay's limestone cliffs were just as stunning as in the photos, maybe even more. A perfect escape from the busy streets of Hanoi.

What an incredible day! From breathtaking mountain views to peaceful rivers, every stop on the Ninh Binh tour felt magical. Our guide shared fascinating stories about Vietnamese history and Buddhism at Bich Dang Pagoda. Riding a bike through the rice fields was my favorite part — pure freedom and fresh air.

The trip was amazing, with so many beautiful places to explore and a very enthusiastic guide who made the experience even better. Our driver was very friendly and drove safely, which gave us peace of mind throughout the journey to Cao Bang.
It was a wonderful opportunity to immerse ourselves in nature and enjoy the stunning scenery. Ban Gioc Waterfall is truly a must-see destination — absolutely breathtaking! On top of that, the food was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of northern Vietnam.

I've traveled a lot, but this was by far one of the best experiences I've had. The Happy Vietnam Tour team was so caring - they even messaged to remind us about sunscreen and local tips! Everything was perfectly organized, and our guide was funny, patient, and super knowledgeable/ The only small note is that one restaurant stop took longer than expected, but the food was worth it. I just returned from a 7-day trip to Vietnam with my friend, at it was truly an amazing experience- the perfect blend of tradition and modernity - covering the main highlight of Hanoi, Ninh Binh, and ha Long. Compared to other companies I've booked with before, this trip was much more complete and enjoyable.
Happy Vietnam Tours accomplained us throughout the journey. The car was new, smooth, and very comfortable- we never felt carsick at all. On the bus, the driver and tour guide were both very humorous, and we laughed a lot at their interesting stories.
One of the highlights was definitely the Hanoi food tour, where we got try so many local specialites. Before the tour, our guide even asked if we had any allergies or foods we couldn't eat, which I found really thoughful. Of course, we stared with Pho - must try in the capital. Then we stopped by a lakeside cafe for a morning coffee while watchingthe bustling city wake up . What really fascinated me was the sidewalk cafe culture in hanoi, you could be sitting here , but still order something from the stall next door!
We also try Bun CHa - sticky rice with ice cream, egg coffee, Cha Ca, and even the famous Trang Tien ice cream but I think Pho was still my favourite, it perfect suited my taste. I was amazed at how diverse Hanoi cuisine is, from savory to sweet, and I almost wishes I could eat endlessly just to try it all. Beside the food, we also explored the Old Quater with its 36 streets, each one filles with different goods and local life.
The tour package was worth every penny and gave us memories we will never forget. I'll definited recommend Happy Vietnam Tours to others and would love to travel with them again in the future.

During our vacation, we planned a trip to Vietnam. We found Happy Vietnam Tours through an online search, and they were incredibly supportive. We were first connected with Ms. Sofia, who based on our demands, created a detailed 10-day itinerary for us that included Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, and Sapa.
I really want to thank Sofia because she was always very kind in making the trip work for us. Throughout our journey, besides our tour guides, Happy Vietnam Tours was always available to assist us whenever we needed her. Good job!!! Our room had a problem when we first arrived at our hotel in Hanoi: the air conditioner wasn't working. We reported it to both our tour guide and the hotel receptionist arrived to make sure. As soon as the receptionist spoke with the operations team at Happy Vietnam Tours, we were immediately moved to another room. We were so happy that the problem was resolved right away, which really showed the professionalism of the tour company.
In Tam Coc, we took a traditional Vietnamese cooking class where we got to make some of their traditional cakes by hand. These cakes looked quite simple, but they actually required great skill to get the original shape right. For our 2-day, 1-night trip to Ha Long Bay, we experienced a wonderful 5-star cruise and it was so worth it because we could enjoy every moment of the day on the bay. We trekked to the peak of Fansipan in Sapa, which is over 3,000 meters high, and it felt like we could touch the clouds.
We were very satisfied with the service we received. The next time we return to Vietnam. I'll definitely reach out to Happy Vietnam Tours again. It was a perfect trip!
