The wall outlet warmers do not last and some do not work properly right out of the box. I’ve noticed some of my newer ones will melt wax fine but once you change the bulb, no matter the brand of bulb, it will never melt wax all the way ever again. This has been frustrating because they are not exactly cheap at $25. The wax itself is not very long lasting and I’m not a fan of the fragrances. It’s more natural, yes. If that matters to you, then this might be a good wax for you to try. The big wax melters with the timers are decent. Only drawback is you can’t replace the bulb. Started out pretty great, I’ve got an old wall warmer still on the original bulb and it will smell up a room compared with the new ones.

It's good for everyone to know so don't buy large quantities because the wax loses its scent very quickly. When placed in the heater, the smell only lasts a few minutes and then disappears before the wax runs out.

The two fragrances that I feel are the strongest and I absolutely love are Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pune Forrest. Love ❤️

I love their scents and warmers. I recently had an issue where my orders were returned to sender. I reached out and they quickly gathered them and resent them to a new address. I look forward to continuing my business with them!

While I like the plug in wax warmer, I do not care for the wax. I have the lavender, and it has no scent to it. I want a scent that I can smell when I go into my bedroom. Not overpowering but a gentle scent.

Customer service was excellent. I was having trouble with my warmer and it was still within the warranty period. They first shipped me a new power cord as we thought that may be the issue and when it didn’t resolve they sent me a new warmer right away. I really like all their scents and especially how easy it is to remove the dried wax. I was a scentsy customer for a long time but will now switch to Happy Wax!

Purchased a wax warmer and wax melt set which arrived in a timely fashion. The warmer works well and the citrus melts smell wonderful. They are slightly more expensive then other melts I've seen. Though they are made 100% natural soy and infused with essential oils.
