I dealt with Qadeer Hussain from Haq travels, i am due to fly in a couple of months, initially I had alot of problems which I will not go into, after getting nowhere i called haq travels and got through to qadeer, who calmed me down re assured me and made me trust haq travel again, he was so polite, calm caring and understanding, he went beyond and over with sorting the mess of another colleague, i will forever remain great full to him for his support, empathy and loyalty, jzk Qadeer bhai I only gave the 5 star review because of him as he was phenomenal, thank you once again :-)

Sufyan was excellent from start to finish. The package he put together was great value for money, especially considering it was during the last 10 days of Ramadan.

He was always on hand whenever we needed anything—quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. That kind of support makes a big difference, especially during such an important trip.

Highly recommend Haq Travel especially to anyone looking to go for Umrah without the stress. Reliable, honest, and delivers what he promises.

Stranded and ignored – zero assistance. no support from Haq Travels - shocking experience- awful customer service

My daughter booked an Umrah package with Haq Travels, and there are two separate incidents that show their complete failure as a travel agency:

1️⃣ Misrepresentation of hotel accommodation in Makkah

▪️They claimed the hotel was near the Haram / Clock Tower, but it was much farther with steep inclines.

▪️Refused to correct the issue without charging extra money.

▪️Communication was dismissive and unprofessional - responses were dismissive, rude, and unprofessional - blaming instead of taking responsibility.

⚠️More seriously Left stranded during flight disruption – no support from Haq Travels

2️⃣ Flight disruption from Madinah to Dubai due to the current conflict with Iran

▪️My daughter’s flight was cancelled due to regional disruption.

▪️The agency failed to assist, leaving her stranded. She had to rebook and pay for another flight at the airport.

▪️Despite repeated attempts to contact them , Haq Travels ignored all communication, messages the agency just ceased responding entirely.

⚠️Other major concerns:

▪️Lack of clear ABTA membership or ATOL protection

▪️ Pattern of blaming customers instead of taking responsibility

These incidents caused financial loss, stress, and complete frustration. I strongly advise against using Haq Travels. It is at a persons own risk.

This is completely unacceptable for any travel agency, especially one handling Umrah packages where pilgrims should beable to rely on support from them especially during major disruptions.

This is completely unacceptable. A travel agency handling Umrah packages must provide support during disruptions, not leave pilgrims stranded.

I would strongly advise against using Haq Travels based on this experience.

👉🏻Another blunder from Haq Travels – misleading booking & rude responses

We made it clear at the time of booking that there were 3 adults, as this was my daughter’s first Umrah, and we wanted it to be a smooth and memorable experience.

Despite this, Haq Travels booked a double room (for 2 people), which was completely unsuitable:

▪️One person had to sleep on an extra/guest bed

▪️We were never informed that breakfast was only for 2 people

This lack of transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment.

When we raised this, the situation was not resolved. Their responses were rude, dismissive, and blaming, even though they were fully aware from the start that there were 3 passengers. They refused to help unless we paid additional charges.

Despite repeated attempts, our concerns were ignored, and no fair solution was offered.

In addition, we were charged for a visa, but later had to arrange and pay for it ourselves. When we checked with the Saudi Embassy, there was no record of any visa arranged through them, which raised serious concerns.

What should have been a special and blessed journey turned into a stressful and disappointing experience.

Haq Travels misrepresents accommodation, overcharges, and communicates unprofessionally. Avoid them.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Abdullah Abbas Haq Travels. The service was professional, reliable, and very well organised from start to finish. He was always present when I contacted and needed help, in particular we had to request additional persons and last minute change of return flights (even on the weekend) the transport service provided was excellent!

I highly recommend Mr. Abdullah Abbas Haq Travels to anyone looking for trustworthy and supportive travel services. Looking forward to booking with them again in the future!

I booked my umrah package with haq travels. Abdullah Abbas was a great help from start to end. Great communication and excellent service. Quick response to all my queries throughout. I will use their services again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hassle free umrah package.

Awful experience, avoid !

Travel to collect from airport was not provided even though it was included. You will have to chase and remind an agent for your travel needs! Might aswell arrange this myself.

Was promised 5* hotels, was given 1*hotel. When complained, they wanted further payments for upgrades!

Very hard to get hold of when in difficulty

Qadeer Hussain was very helpful in every way, kept in touch throughout the visit, provided and excellent service and price. I would highly recommend haq travels for their price and service.

Alhamdulillah, we booked our Umrah through Haq Travels and had a positive experience overall. They arranged everything for us, including tickets, visas, hotel bookings, and all the necessary documentation, which made the process much easier.

While the communication of certain details could have been clearer, we were able to obtain the necessary information. There was a dedicated WhatsApp number for queries, so any questions or concerns we had were dealt with, though a more timely response would have been preferable.

Brother Thasawar was professional throughout and ensured we were kept informed at each stage. This was especially helpful for first-time travellers or those who haven’t performed Umrah in many years, as it provided peace of mind knowing things were being handled properly.

We especially appreciated the effort made at the last minute, as the team went above and beyond to sort things out for us and worked hard to secure the best possible arrangements. Thanks to this, we were able to focus on our ibadah rather than worrying about logistics.

May Allah accept our Umrah and reward those involved for their efforts. We would recommend Haq Travels to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive Umrah service.

Alhamdulillah, I booked my Umrah with Haq Travels and our agent was Brother Thasawar. From the very beginning until we returned home, the service we received was excellent. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and explained everything clearly so we felt confident and prepared.
The whole journey was very well organised and smooth. All arrangements including flights, accommodation, transport and guidance were handled professionally. We never felt stressed or confused because Brother Thasawar made sure we understood every step from A to Z.
What stood out the most was his patience, kindness and dedication. He genuinely cared that our experience went well and was always quick to respond whenever we needed help. Travelling for Umrah can feel overwhelming, especially with so many details to manage, but he made the entire process easy and comfortable for us.
Alhamdulillah, we were able to focus on our ibadah without worrying about arrangements. May Allah reward him for his hard work and accept our Umrah. I would highly recommend Haq Travels and especially Brother Thasawar to anyone planning their journey.

!!! Worst Experience – Do Not Use HAQ Travel !!!

This was my first Umrah and my first time traveling outside the country. HAQ Travel gave no help after we reached Saudi Arabia. transport was included in the package but when we reached there agent do not help us and contact us, the hotel was also (( 5 km ))away, and transport was not properly provided.

Umrah should be a peaceful experience, but this package ruined the whole journey.

!!! Message to the owner: You send people to a very holy place, so you should be honest and responsible. Not giving the promised services is very ! wrong ! and unacceptable.

My honest recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT USE HAQ TRAVEL.

I'm happy with the Umrah package I got from the company.
The communication was great. Hotel, Transport, was reasonable overall very happy with the service.

This was my first time going for Umrah in my life, and unfortunately my experience with Haq Travels was very poor. The things they mentioned at the beginning were completely different from what I faced after reaching Saudi Arabia.

The hotels were very far (around 10–12 km). They told us that the hotels would have a shuttle bus service, but in reality only the Makkah hotel had a bus service, and that too only early in the morning. After that, there was no bus service available.
In Madinah, there was no transport or bus service at all to go to the Haram. Every day I had to take a cab or Uber to go to the Haram and return to the hotel, which was very inconvenient and expensive.
They were helpful only while I was in the UK, but after arriving in Saudi Arabia there was no proper support. Overall, it was a very disappointing and worst experience I had with Haq Travels

Great Umrah experience with Haq travels, Sufyan Naeem, the agent serving us was in contact with me throughout the journey from selecting hotels and flights all our requirements were met. We contacted many umrah travel companies but Haq travels was the quickest to contact us. Hotels provided excellent services, in Makkah n Madinah, delivering exactly what was committed, no hidden changes last minute.
Already recommended Sufyan Naeem at Haq Travels to my family and friends.

Sufyan Naeem, did a great job finalising everything for our Umrah, he double checked everything and ensured all was correct and was reassuring all the way. He was reliable and returned all my calls. Our Umrah went very well, Anjum Hotel in Makkah was brilliant and Artal Taiba in Madinah was ok, a bit far from the Masjid, but the shuttle service was great. Apart from a recurring blocked drain in Artal Taibah, everything went very well, the hotel staff were all polite, efficient and helpful. The drivers were good too and demonstrated good knowledge during our ziyarah.

I would definitely recommend Sufyan and Noor Nabi at Haq travels, who worked very hard to fine tune our package to meet our needs and give us a good price.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a travel or visa company. Despite applying two months before travel, they repeatedly ignored my messages and calls. They originally told us we would receive the visas within three weeks, but only provided them the day before travel. Even worse, one member of our travelling family never received a visa at all, which meant wasted money and huge stress for our family.

Throughout the process, whenever I tried to contact them, I was often told the agent was “unavailable,” and nobody else would pick up the case. If they recognised it was me calling, they wouldn’t respond. I had to keep ringing the general number and explain the whole situation from the beginning each time. At one point I was even told we needed to book extra services in order to get the visas approved.

In my experience, they speak to you politely until you pay, and then you’re ignored. Staff members including Abdul Ahad, Reha and Ahmed were consistently rude and unhelpful with me.

I would definitely avoid this company.

Our advisor Abdul Ahad did an excellent job dedicating his time to sorting out our package which met our specific needs. The experience was hassle free with no issues, would recommend to any hoping to travel in the near future.
