Harborside レビュー

I have not opened it yet, been waiting for weeks for this order, not impressed 😑

The brush doesnt cut the hair like on the instagram advert with the yellow lab, however it does get a good amount of hair out of my dog!

Although item was in good condition the packaging was bad, box was all bashed up.
Took a wee while to figure out how it worked a operating instructions were non existent.
Very happy with product.

Brilliant product.

I ordered a steam hairbursh. When it arrived , it had clearly been crushed because the box was squashed down one side. When I looked at brush there was a gap down one side of it. I tried to push the brush back together but it was bent out of place. It was for a birthday present and I did not want to give in this condition. I asked seller for details on how to return item. They replied saying it would cost me too much to return it so offered me a very small compensation. When I refused they said , sorry the best we can do is offer you 6 pounds. The brush cost me altogether with postage 29.

I was so disappointed that they didn't attempt to offer a fairer resolution. I cant use it due to cancer treatment and cant sell it on because of the damage so now I'm left with this brush.

So disappointed and would not recommend using this company. Their aftersales is shocking

Cannot not write this review haven’t received the order taking far too long to arrive

Came without instructions. No spares. Had to watch a YouTube video to learn to operate

Takes too long from order to delivery. I thought I was ordering the product from the uk not china

Just received not opened yet but found the whole. Procedure from ordering to delivery excellent looking forward to putting them to use

Excellent. Surprised how well they work. Very pleased.

Really comfortable and soft

This company are scamming you you are not getting what you ordered it's a scam SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY IT'S A SCAM

Excellent service and quick would buy from you again highly recommend you

The foil is like tissue paper and tears would not buy again or recommend

Was very easy to do

Service was very good , very helpful , quick reply to the email overall I would say customer service was outstanding only little bit disappointed with product out of set of three food containers apart from the big size the medium n small size container not too strong

I love the fact that they have the colander enclosed and the sizes are very useful.
Sadly I don't think they are not as sturdy as I would have expected and a couple of the lids don't click shut very firmly either.
Also there was no update on the delivery, they just turned up after a long wait.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they were coming from the USA! I can't see where they are actually made but they feel like a quality product that should last a while. I love the little glass nail buffer although it would be easier to use if it were a bit bigger.

Kept well informed as to where the package was.

Good product,
