While my item had been sold out in the holiday buying frenzy, Bill immediately contacted me (e-mail and by mobile) and offered alternative options including a viable different item or free express shipping as soon as the pending back order arrived. Excellent service, great product.
Once a loyal FENIX torch user I turned to Hardcore to source a new torch. The service and speed of delivery was excellent and the KLARUS torch I purchased is very good.
