All of the staff at My place in Cornwall have been excellent without exception. The brochure of the house was lovely and very professional, and the team went over and above to find a buyer for my property. At the beginning of lockdown on the day of exchange my buyers pulled out through no fault of anyone else, purely to do with COVID-19. My place were immediately on the case, they contacted previous interested parties and in fact obtained me a buyer extremely quickly. They were tenacious in chasing things up, kept me fully informed and supported me through any problems. I would most definitely recommend them.

We found both Will & Candice,subsequently,to be both professional & supportive at a time of great change with Covid19.We have no hesitation in recommending them as we eventually completed about three weeks later than originally envisaged when at the beginning of the crisis completion in a reasonable timescale looked very unlikely

I have been really impressed with how the agents handled selling my house. From start to finish they were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process with regard to viewings, potential buyers and offers. I would definitely use them again.

We first saw Jaqueline who valued our property. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had 4 estate agents value our house but chose My Place in Cornwall as we felt their rate was value for money along with being a company we felt comfortable giving access to our home and finding a buyer. The sale itself took no time at all!
Candice took over the sale of our property and was excellent. She had great contact with our buyers and solicitors and continually pushed as our sale took over 6 months to complete. Felt that staff knew about my requirements and although had to be fair to the seller were mindful of my requirements. Good that they are open all day on Saturday - I think most estate agents are closed on Saturday afternoons?

Good communication - both via telephone, text and email. Mostly received a quick response to enquiries.
