I was disappointed to get silver screws


I was disappointed to get silver screws with black clothes rods. Also, some basic instructions either with them or at least available online on height and distance from the wall seems basic. Otherwise, the products themselves were great.

Update following the reply: Your email has 3 resources for determining cut length. Still nothing to show how far off the floor or how far FROM the wall they should be mounted. It's just a recommendation to have some recommended guidelines for these measurements.

Ordered 28 of the oval closet rod


Ordered 28 of the oval closet rod flange, matte black. Was shorted 2. Had to order more material plus the 2 extra flange I was shorted.
