I was scared going into this, but I was made safe by Dr Maria Daves, who created a neuro-affirming safe space for me with great care, validating me as a whole person and aware of my identity and highlighting my strengths. I would highly recommend her service to anyone considering an assessment.

Michelle Hamill is exceptional. I could not recommend her sessions more. She will meet you with kindness, professionalism and a in depth understanding of her practice. We have recently brought our sessions to an end after one year working together and I am so pleased with the entire process. Harley Therapy is very helpful in their communications too.

I’ve been seeing a therapist at Harley Therapy Clinic for several months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for me. From the very start, the clinic took the time to understand my specific needs and recommended the perfect therapist based on what I was looking for. The whole process has been seamless, and their customer service is top-notch. They even followed up with me after my first session to ensure I was comfortable and on the right track.

I really can’t recommend Harley Therapy highly enough. I’ve been battling depression for few years now so having the right support is so important to me.

At a time in my life when I feel completely hopeless, suffering from long, deep and repeated episodes of debilitating depression, and having struggled to be listened to and taken seriously by the NHS, I thought I’d take a risk and spend the last of my savings on coming to who I thought was one of the best. I paid £1,600 for an initial assessment and two follow-up appointments.

Before my appointments I was asked to provide past psychiatric reports, documents etc. I vulnerably shared written accounts of my life experiences, thoughts, feelings and suffering as I thought providing this information would assist in making a diagnosis. I was asked to pay extra for this, which I immediately agreed to. Little did I know, this information would simply be used to, almost word for word, be copy and pasted to make up half of my final report. So not only did I do half of the work, but I also paid for the privilege.

The report also arrived weeks later, full of so many errors and was so carelessly thrown together last minute in a rush. This really isn’t what you expect when you think you’re paying for the best!

There was no time in the appointments for me to be given any explanations of any of my symptoms or my mental health in general. I therefore had hoped that the final report would provide this information. However, rather than any definitive diagnoses or explanations, it simply listed the questionnaires that I had taken with their scoring instructions and my scores. These questionnaires are supposed to be pre-assessment tools, they alone cannot be used alone to make a diagnosis, and anyone can search for and complete them online themselves, without paying a psychiatrist a large sum of money.

After complaining I was offered a free twenty minute follow-up appointment to address my issues, or a refund of £600 for my two 30 minute appointments. I chose the refund, as I had clearly not been listened to the first time and the psychiatrist did not want to work on my case. He also made a few minor amendments/ sentences to the report, one of which again demonstrated he had not listened.

In the end, I’ve spent £1000 in seeking what I thought was going to be some of the best expert help and advice. I am so shocked, deeply disappointed, upset and feel betrayed that I put my faith and trust in a professional, who actually had so little regard or care for my case. In fact, I feel completely humiliated and treated as a joke, but for me this is my life. I don't think I can ever trust another Psychiatrist again and this experience has caused me a lot of anxiety, added to my feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness and I’m now even more depressed and have paid £1000 for it!

I do not recommend at all!

I booked and was so in need at this point in my life and so excited to have found one. She assumed I was in the United States and cancelled on me a few days before, just because I work remotely. Like either get with the times or get offline. I can be a British citizen who needs help abroad. V disappointed, didn’t even get to speak to someone.

Consistently excellent customer service, great therapy for various things and I personally feel so grateful to the reception team for updating me with email reminders a couple days before my appointment/s.

I met with this man on 6th August 2013. We agreed a fee of £360 for an expert witness report.

I suffer with Mutism related to PTSD and OCD. I type at speed, when I am communicating what I need to say. Dr Humphries took no notes during the 50 minutes that I had the displeasure of his company. At the end of my meeting with Dr Humphries, he asked me for the written communication I had typed. Unfortunately, I then accidentally deleted my side of the communication and was unable to provide Dr Humphries with it. Subsequently, I received no expert witness report.

I find the above a rather questionable state of affairs, when the patient pays the full figure of £360 and is expected to do 50% of the work and get no refund.

There are reports here on Trustpilot that relate of Dr Humphries' amazing expertese in the world of psychiatry. Yet, when I asked Dr Humphries about Deep Brain Stimulation for the treatment of OCD, he had to look it up on the net. If a psychiatrist is unaware of a treatment for OCD, that by 2013 was fairly well known by professional psychiatrists, then I find it disconcerting that so many people here on Trustpilot are able to exude, as they do, about this man's capabilities.

Concerning the expert witness statement relating to an OCD diagnosis, developing from harassment by a local authority, Dr Humphries did not want to get involved and informed me that he would not comment. Presumably, because the man would have to assume a measure of responsibilty for his work further down the line in a Court of Law.

The waiting area at 10 Harley Street is exceptional—comfortable, peaceful, and with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. My Consultant Psychiatrist is outstanding, providing a treatment plan that is carefully tailored to meet my individual needs.

I have just had my 3rd session with David. He has made me feel soo very comfortable in talking to him and opening up.
He has a calmness and I feel soo comfortable talking.

Just had to say how impressed I am with the service from Harley Therapy. The admin team always respond very quickly to my emails, and very caring too. My psychiatrist and psychologist are so compassionate and caring. They are worth every penny. I couldn't have managed without their care. Big thank you for all your support and helping me through one of the worst times of my life.
