DO NOT BUY FROM HARLOWE. Cheap product. Felt more like a fancy dress costume! This company needs to be shut down!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM! I write this review on 22nd march 2026. I placed my order on 31st January 2026 and I’ve been going back and forth with the seller regarding my item, they kept sending me on a WILD chase and sent me three fake tracking numbers from yodel. They said my item will arrive within 7-10 days when first placing an order, after this I enquired and they said it was delayed, but did not specify why, 3 weeks went by no item. I kept emailing them, they ignored my emails and messages, 5 weeks nearly went by (this time it’s) end of February), they respond making me excuses saying my item is still being processed in the warehouse which was different from what they originally told me. By this time weeks go by, no update and more excuses and fake tracking numbers sent, luckily I paid through PayPal to get my money back. These people are cold hearted fraudster and the universe will punish them for their wickedness and evil ways of scamming innocent people. They have a lot of fake 5 star reviews to help balance out the negative ones. Use discernment, you can tell the 5 star reviews are fake!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bad karma will return to these fraudulent people, there business will fail! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE AND SPREAD THE WORD!! HARLOWEOFFICIAL ARE A SCAM!

Be aware of this brand. It’s temu, shein, Ali express quality with higher prices. While I’m not expecting the clothes to be made in the UK, it’s incredibly misleading. The quality is bad and def. Not worth the price. It also takes weeks for clothes to arrive directly from china. Ordered from Italy. Skip this brand!

I wouldn't let some of these reviews put you off buying. I had no issues and my daughter loved her coat. Would shop here again.

Bought a dress it did not fit returned it tracked 5 weeks ago and after numerous emails asking everything under the sun I still have not received a refund. Do not buy from this company as they do not have a returns policy

My dress lina did not come from Manchester as the website suggests but from china, took a good three weeks to arrive. No invoice, no washing information website said it was satin but in fact it’s polyester, I chose a burgundy colour, but in fact it says wine on the label which looks like more of a light red, when I checked the website there is no wine colour on offer.
Should have read the reviews first but the website looked so genuine, in the photos it looks like a firm material but very limp and unflattering

If i could give 0 I would. Agree with all the other reviews. SCAM SCAM SCAM do not buy from here. Looks super classy and nothing flagged as suspicious until the delivery time took about 3 weeks. I started to wonder, then its arrived. Definitely from somewhere a million miles from Manchester. Cheap and small for size. Not a winter jacket as declared and definitely not worth the £40. I will tet and send back, but as with other reviews I am not hopeful if I have to send back to somewhere and pay for the return.

Harlow Manchester should be shut down for breach of the Trades Descriptions Act.
I cannot remember how I saw a particular coat advertised but I ordered a certain colour and presumed it was coming from Manchester.
Only after the order is confirmed & paid for that one then realises it is coming from China.
They sent the wrong colour and the size is nothing like how the size should be in the UK, therefore useless.
Only when contacting them do they inform you of their T&C's that returns to China will be at the customers cost (practically the same price as the coat I ordered in the first place).
They offered me a measly 10% refund and 20% off my next order with them....which obviously will never happen.
Once again, 'businesses' posing as UK based as so many do nowadays. This desperately needs to be policed and clamped down upon.

As I now see and experience cheap rubbish.Misleading saying it’s from Manchester and it’s not. It’s an Asian based company that send items that look nothing like the photos online. I ordered two coats which are made out of cheap plastic fibres. They are thin. £79 for something that isn’t worth more than £5 in primark. Looks amazing online and but in real like it’s disappointing and a clear scam

Ali express quality and items . Takes ages to come as they are obviously buying the items once you order . Charging people triple the price . Absolute rip off

Really disappointed with this website was really excited to try the products as the website and clothes looked lovely however this is extremely misleading. It arrived looking nothing like the photo, the colour was different to what was pictured. The quality was awful, the sequins were falling off, it came as a thin net material and the sizing of the straps were huge. They also only offer store credit for refunds. Found the same top on shein but thought I would order it off this website to support a small business and for better quality wish I hadn't bothered as items are clearly not "made to order" as the website states.

Easy website to use and very happy with the products - recommended to all of my friends!

Dresses took 2 weeks to come and they came in shein or temu bags.
The person on the other end of the chat said we are not a scam when the items are nothing as described. Cheap and tacky. Spent £60 on two dresses I could have got for £10 each on shein!!! Will never buy again!!! They’re getting people to pay for returns.

Won't be buying again. Arrived in AliExpress bag and really poor quality, not as pictured.
