They're scammers. They charge you for the product and don't send it, and when you say you don't want the product anymore and want a refund, they don't respond.

Fell for the hype as many of the big health influencers have promoted this. Wanted to buy 2 pendants and some stickers for 270 dollar. Tried to pay with my credit card and just got a message saying «error, try another card». Tried a few more times. Still did not work, but then it said that the billing address was not the same as the card owners address. Which was not true. But either way, I then tried with my debit card a few times and got the same messages. Then we tried with my mother’s card and got the same messages there as well. Then I gave up. Later that night we see that they have taken 1350 dollar out of our accounts. I was shocked. There was no order confirmation email either. I try to call them, but just got straight to voicemail saying that they were so busy and did not have any agents available. I send them an email and explained the situation and ask them to refund the 4 extra transactions. No reply. I send another one and threaten to contact Visa and Mastercard and ask for a chargeback. Then I get an email from them saying that they have tried to call me but it went straight to voicemail. Still no confirmation about the refund, or even a mention about shipping the products. I send them another mail and ask them what is going on here? No reply. Have tried to call several times today as well. No one answers the phone.

Edit; 3 days after and the money is still not back in our accounts. The bank is saying that Harmoni have to contact their bank and tell them to reverse the transaction. Harmoni is now saying the only thing we can do is to wait 7-10 days for the money to be reversed by itself.

The harmoni pendant is pure nonsense. It did absolutely nothing for me in the 45 days I wore it. I sent it back under their 60 day return policy and I’m awaiting my refund. They made me pay shipping to return it. Lame.

I ordered a supposedly AC swamp unit for a small room in my home. I sent them emails, and was returned not configured email or web address. And was supplied with a shipping company link that basically would have just given them enough personal information to steal from my credit card. I reported them to Capital One and I'm sure law enforcement are looking for these folks!

My experience was far from what these reviews said. My card came fairly quickly and I noticed my HRV is way higher now and I feel better for sure. I have chronic arthritis and have been stressed so solid sleep is difficult but this card is the real deal. I have a sticker on my phone, which is beside my bed and the harmoni card is in between the phone and myself on the nightstand. Works for me.

I tried ordering a Harmoni Pendant with a code that Harmoni Pendant said would provide a substantial discounted price prior to Mother's Day. I applied the code in the designated space and saw a response saying I needed a valid code. I gave the code presented from the message about the sale price.

Okay. So I wrote back asking how to go about achieving this transaction. I have never received ANY further messages about how to accomplish that, despite my messaging them three times. Enough is enough.
I found Trustpilot when looking to see reviews... Now it makes total sense. The company is not one to be trusted.

My order from this company was delivered by the post office with a note saying the PO received the package EMPTY, which is how it was delivered to me. I emailed the company, they asked for pics, I sent them, I requested refund or replacement and they have been silent now for weeks, zero response. Guess I’m screwed, though I’ll keep trying. They need to be shut down!! They stole $79.00 from me.

This company is the worst. I ordered a pendant based on a recommendation from a friend. The company charged me for one, then 10 minutes later I got a charge alert for a second pendant. 2 were shipped to me. I reached out to customer service and someone named Michael started to help me. When I explained the situation….. radio silence. So I called the company to initiate a return and get a refund. NO CALL BACK. Now I’m having to do a charge dispute with my bank, ALL because this company made a mistake.

Shop anywhere else.

I have sent emails and requested to to return the Harmoni Pendant since I am unable to wear it due to health concerns. It has been a month and I have not received a phone call or instructions on how to return it. Customer service is absolutely non-existent.

Frankly, it sounds like the customer service of this company sucks, which I m sad to hear.

But in terms of the pendant, it does change your sleep. I’ve forgotten to sleep with the pendant before — and was totally unaware — and wondered why my sleep wasn’t as deep the next day! It’s definitely new science so I think skepticism is normal. However, as someone who’s been wearing it for months, I’m a huge fan of the benefits tauted, specifically helping with headaches in Bluetooth heavy environments (like on the highway around newer cars) and sleeping at night in your electronic-filled home.

So there goes the first and maybe only 5-star review haha :) My advice is try it out. It does have an impact.

Ordered the pendant 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Emailed the company twice and no replies. Shitty customer service. I paid with PayPal so I’m screwed. They ask I contact the company but the damn company doesn’t respond!
I really wish I had read all these reviews before getting sucked into buying this product. I read the supposed “studies”… a real joke! They use variables that cannot be measured, like the “aura” and others just like that. Small number of participants and flawed procedure and unfounded results.
Don’t waste your money!!

This company claims you will get a refund but no one answers the phone and then doesn’t follow up with email…I will never purchase from this company again…and I am waiting to get my refund!!

Had questions about using the pendant and have not been able to get a response from customer service! It's been 3 weeks! They emailed that they got my request, but NEVER contacted me. I called and left message and never got a call back. Extremely disappointed! What a farce!

I too was sucked into the sale without checking into customer service reviews. I've called them twice repeating phone and email address to their automated "we're short on customer service personnel". Ya think???? It's been more than two weeks and nothing! I think that's enough time to respond, Covid is over guys!!! Get your ---- together! Ya lost me.

Absolutely scam product! Felt no different when wearing after the "activation" - reached out to the company with questions several times and no response. Creative marketing, I was receiving emails about the pendant along with religious information somehow applying that there was a connection but that's not why I purchased it. I am sensitive to emfs and believe me I would have known if it did any good when I put it on. If I was able to contact the company I would have asked for a return. Money wasted lesson learned!

I purchase the product. then I went on to trust pilot to read about the reviews and they where all that I needed to see so I cancelled my order straight away.

When the pendant arrived, I was told it had to be activated and reactivated every two weeks. The activation process involves putting a 12" ruler in front of your chest and holding the pendant there for a few minutes. The customer service has no mailbox for messages and the email reply so far is not yielding anything, I am going to claim refund on my visa. Definitely a scam and a scam company.

this piece of crap is an scam , don't waste your money. that was created for a transexual guy and is promoted for a witch called Wendy Myers. those are just scammers, fbi is looking for them
