Doesnât allow the user to cancel, beware.
Signed up for the trial, however when I looked at the app it wasnât really anything different so decided to cancel. Harmony really fall down here as there is nothing that you as the user can do to cancel. After endless searching on the app and desktop for the section I could close my account with, I then had to then email. Lo and behold Iâve been charged £65 for 6 months?! Not impressed.
**edit, despite replying quickly to unsatisfied customers they donât actually do anything. Do not go near this company as they rely on you not being able to cancel easily.
