Cheap/poorly made shoes!!! Return policy sucks and return has to be sent back to China on your dollar. Save your money!!!!!!!!!!!

Was skeptical after deep diving for info on your company. Found out shoes were shipped from out of country . The shipping timeframe was not that long. Quality of shoes seem ok. Very light weight. Time will tell

The blue shoes I purchased are very comfortable but they don't look as pretty in person as they did on-line. They have rhinestones on the top decorative buckles and if i had seen those I probably would not have ordered them.

I paid $56 for what I thought were going to be high quality comfortable shoes and when I received them they were no better quality than something from a dollar store. These are not comfort or orthopedic type shoes in any way. Completely flat footbed with zero arch support. The straps cross over the foot in an odd way completely covering the pinky toe. DO NOT BUY. When I contacted the company about a refund, they offered me an exchange first, then a 30% refund where I keep the shoes or a full refund - but the caveat is that I’d have to spend my own money to send them back and “ensure they were delivered to China”.

I have received several emails from you asking me to review my sandals. I have not worn them yet. Today was to be my first time wearing them, but it is still too chilly. I did immediately notice how light weight they are, which is going to be nice. I will review them as soon as weather permits.

I made a purchase from STERLING-CLOTHING.COM from which I purchased 4 shirts-(I am in UK) their logo says "STERLING-LONDON EST 1994". I received an email apparently sent on behalf of Brooks and Walker updating me on the tracking of my order from Sterling Clothing - rather confused and wondering who Brooks and Walker were; i did a bit of research and discovered the following:
1. A website called WALKERANDBROOKS.COM - with 2 good looking middle aged ladies identical twin sisters on their front page -on which it says:
" For years, Walker & Brooks Dallas has been family-owned and operated by two sisters run by 2 sister in dallas" the "Contact us" email address (I cant write it in full on here due to the guidelines) comprises the name HARPER AND ELLIS- again arousing my suspicions further:
2. I found a website HARPERANDELLIS-AUSTIN.COM- and lo and behold 2 good looking but more youthful identical twin sisters on the front page and the same "Contact us " email address.

3. Expecting some rather nice quality brushed cotton mens shirts from STERLING CLOTHING-London order- i received 4 shiny and polyester shirts made in China in a plastic bag and severely creased which didn't look anything like the pictures- i did a reverse image search of the photos of the shirts i thought i was buying and it had been taken from genuine website called Sterling1958.com which is a legitimate UK company

are all similar fake chinese websites selling junk- DO NOT BE FOOLED THESE ARE ALL SCAMS

I love the look of them but Size is a little big although I ordered my true size . I put my orthopedic inserts in and they take up space and will make them even better

I am pleasantly surprised…. I was initially disappointed when I pulled them out. They are extremely lightweight & I’m curious as to the durability of the sandals… once I tried them on they seem to fit well. They are comfortable & cushy. Weather hasn’t cooperated so I haven’t had a chance to wear them. I think they will work well for what I had wanted them for. I do like the style’s & appearance.

When you place an order, hope that it fits, as there are no returns. I ordered size 8 shoes which were way too big and not orthopedic as claimed. I asked for a refund and they said I would need to ship it to their factory in China. After multiple back and forths, they returned 35% of what I paid. I will not shop here again.
