From our initial discussions and viewings of the house on different occasions with Annabel, Sarah and Scott all I can say is that they have been brilliant with excellent customer service. Their attention to detail and helpfulness throughout the whole process was second to none.
We are really happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone

From the get go, Lisa communicated regularly about the development at Stoke Orchard & provided up to date information about the site promptly. She fully understood our position & informed us of the suitable options available in a professional & congenial way.
Dealing with her has been a total pleasure & she is a great asset to Harper Crewe in my opinion.

We're in the process of downsizing and have been looking at a few new-build developments. By far Harper Crewe have been the most receptive and attentive to our needs. In particular, Lisa has provided a really professional, courteous and attentive service. Cannot fault her approach.

We have been looking to downsize, we have looked at a few developers and not been impressed with the pressure sales techniques of a few.
But we went to Harpercrewe sales team in Harlington and were so impressed.
We were impressed with the area and properties.
The teams hospitality and the fantastic no pressure viewing.
If only all could be like them.

The quality of the recommended conveyancing service was also excellent, professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with.

I am now happy settled into my beautiful community that already feels like home.

We’ve been in The Steadings for 3 months following an extended buying process, because the sale of our house fell through. Both Lisa & Steph we very supportive during the buying and moving process and we’re there to help us every step of the way. We are now enjoying living in our Harper Crewe home and getting to know other people in The Steadings.

Now been in our HC house for 3 months and the whole experience from start to finish has been amazing.
Jess ( what a lady) and Georgie in show office have been truly outstanding and the support we have had is incredible.
Craig what a guy so lovely and very helpful and Chris (site manager) both who have time and respect to stop and speak listen and make sure all is well.
Can’t thank them enough.
Even the workmen on site are polite.

We last moved house 30 years ago and the whole process seems to have become a lot more complicated since then. We are so grateful for the support provided at every step of the way for our move from Yorkshire to Cirencester by Lisa and Steph, the sales team at The Steadings. Were it not for their chasing up the lower links of our chain we might still be up north. We’ve been in our new house for four days and Lisa has popped around to see us and answer small queries every day. We’re very pleased with our new home and the service we received from HarperCrewe has been outstanding. We happily award them five stars.

The experience has been very positive we were not just moving home but also coming from another country the team here made our life much easier they liaised with our family and via teams and watsapp. Jess, Craig and everyone on site are very helpful and welcoming

The sales team, Lisa and Steph made the difficult process of moving, bearable. They were so helpful from start to finish, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care throughout the entire process. At the end of this I also have a beautiful home. Thank you!

We recently looked at the Harper Crewe homes in Harlington. The Sales Team were very informative and knowledgeable, we mainly dealt with Loren and Susie and they are a credit to your company; easy to talk to and they both could not have been more helpful.

Loren and the team have been great to deal with so far. Nothing is too much trouble.

The team have kept in touch regularly checking in on progress which has been fab.

I went to the office to complete my reservation today. Loren had fully prepared ready and made what was a long process to go through all the important details enjoyable. She followed up quickly on all my questions. Looking forward to working with Loren and Susie as my purchase progresses.

I am nearly at the end of my journey and hoping to move in to my beautiful HC home soon. Without the support, understanding and empathy of Stephanie and Lisa L, I would have been totally lost. Both the Harlington & Higham Ferrers Team Loren & Susie & Jess & Georgie have been so professional arranging appointments and site visits for us to view particular property types at their sites they have been so knowledgeable and helpful it's difficult to decide on what particular property to choose? but it's easy to see the quality and finish when viewing the show homes...thanks once again!

We are in the process of completion on our new house at Hodthorpe. From the moment we walked through the door at the sales office both Annabel & Sarah made us feel very welcome and was able to answer all our questions. We've been updated weekly on the process of the build and invited to see the house at build stage on numerous occasions. The homes are beautiful and not far from the Welbeck Estate.
Scott the site manager is always happy to answer any questions we have.
Nothing has been too much trouble for the team.
We can't wait to move into our new home!

so far a great experience with Harper Crew! we are currently looking to get a house at their new Higham Site and the Sales Advisor Jess who is based at this is site has gone above and beyond to help us over the recent months. She's a credit to their organisation!!

We viewed the 4 bedroom homes with HarperCrewe at Higham Ferrers. Jess in the sales office was very friendly and helpful and gave us her full attention and all the relevant information we needed.
The homes were well built with a choice of stone or red brick finish. Inside the finish was of a of a high standard. Outside the driveways and gardens were generous. We could not fault these homes.
If you are looking for a new home we recommend you give this company a viewing.

Sales staff excellent and have so much patience. Polite, professional and very helpful. Able to answer all questions and will always get back to you if they need to clarify anything. Also, not pushy, but respectful of your views and wants and will go over and above to try to help you and keep you updated with plots become available. We have also found the Site Manager very helpful. During all our visits to the site at Hodthorpe could not have been made to feel more welcome. We would highly recommend the customer service we have received. The site is a little gem and will be a great place to live in a rural setting just outside of Worksop Town with some lovely country walks on the doorstep.

Lisa & Steph (The Steadings, Cirencester) are a First class sales and customer service team and have enhanced HarperCrewe’s brand & reputation. It’s no exaggeration that if they had not lead & driven our chain on an almost daily basis we would not have completed, so we are extremely grateful.
