This is my 4th or 5th hamper, ex midlander, so alway brought from Bilston market. Now I'm in Wales and get it delivered within a few day. Normally order Friday, I receive Tuesday, still fresh and cold... もっと見る

Missing items hope to be resolved with company
In all honesty I wrote a very scathing review
Which i retract i was being honest but maybe not fair in that I did not really give the company a chance to sort out they did reply promptly and there were very good cuts of meat as well as ones jot to out taste the pork chops and bbq chops were really really good and delivery was promt and well packed it did not look as though it had been tampered wirh but the lamb chops
And minted lamb chops were missing so somthing must have happened in transit i think I would really appriciate if i could have these items sent to me as we love lamb and mainly placed order to try these also we recieved pork and apple
Saussages please could we have the plain pork ones we expected to try sent to us

you messaged us to say the lamb was missing, we checked all our documentation our end and explained it was definitely in the box. We ask if the box was damaged or appeared to have been tampered with, unfortunately you didn't respond to this message, we we're trying to resolve your issue but without a reply we couldn't go any further. If you could have responded to us rather that write this bad review we could have sorted out your problem.

Good quality meat. Speedy delivery-ordered Thursday evening, delivered early Saturday morning. Ice packs still frozen!

On line delivery
I’ve been using the on line delivery since lockdown, any problems I have had, have been dealt with quickly and with fabulous customer service, did try another company, but they were no were near as good, so stayed with harper ! I’m looking forward to the on line Christmas hampers launch as it’s always spot on.

Been using Harper meats since 2020 and it's always been fantastic, the quality of the meat is very good and tasty. Always delivered on time and the meat boxes are such great value for money and the variety of meat is brilliant! Thanks guys!

Harper meats get 5* every time
Harper meats get 5* every time. I don;t know how they do it at the price, but I don't want them to stop. I am very fussy with sausage and bacon. Both have exceeded expactation with the last box I bought. In short, quantit AND quality.
