Good first experience

Quick, easy, good colour choice and various sizes available

*update* the item I ordered took more than 2 weeks to be delivered, and the product I received was not the correct colour. Staff were friendly and responsive to my immediate email noting the issue. Unfortunately my request for a refund was not accepted and a second item, of the correct colour apparently, has been resent. I am yet to receive the second product.

As lovely and responsive as the staff were, it is unlikely I’ll use this site again.

Order received within 1 week, shoes are great quality, soft and comfortable on 1st wear. Showed work colleague quality, ask for sight details is placing order. We are in nursing so comfortable the minute put on i decided to place another order great price on special but quality is what I'm looking for and could not hesitate to have an extra pair in a different colour.
Thankyou for great turn around time upon receiving.

Got the satin one shoulder dress for my


Got the satin one shoulder dress for my partner before a cocktail event. It looked elegant without being over the top, and she said it stayed in place all night. That was a big win because she usually hates fussy outfits.

Be wary of this site

I bought a pair of shoes online and have yet to receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. The only communication I have had since my purchase is an offer to receive 50% off my next order if I leave a good review. I have emailed twice in the last five days with no response. I tried calling their customer number, only to be referred back to their email. The only evidence I have of my purchase is the debit showing on my credit card. I caution all customers to be wary of this site. Their customer support has been nonexistent for me. I have been left with a feeling of being scammed and am simply out of pocket.

The blouse was for my wife and she’s already worn it multiple times. It looks clean and fits her shoulders better than a lot of tops she orders online.

Cheap shoddy shoes nothing like the photo advertisedOrdered a pair of premium orthopaedic


Ordered a pair of premium orthopaedic boots and have just received what looks like some cheap vinyl crap someone has put together in their kitchen. Nothing like the photo advertised. Now it seems I have to spend a fortune shipping them back to wherever they came from to get a refund. Not Happy . Do not buy from this place . It's a scam

Don’t do it

Savannah ‘linen blend’ pants not as advertised - which they admitted. Packaging says polyester however no fabric or care label on garment. Shipped from China. Company has offered paltry $7 money back or full refund if we return by post with a warning that postage is expensive with returned parcels often lost or damaged in transit. Total scam.

Don't deliver

Ordered boots over a month ago. They use a cheap untrustworthy delivery service that don't have customer support and bad reviews. Won't refund because their incompetent delivery service chose not to deliver items i paid for.
