My Dauhhter worked at Hilton Liverpool cereal Hotel.
We haven’t spoken for a while and I am concerned for her welfare.
I returned missed called from them as I was cut off.
The ATTITUDE and disrespect of two MON English speaking WOMEN WAS DISGUSTING!
A simple Yes/No have been appreciated!
But saying the ‘we can’t give out personal data’ and the disrespect was done right ride!
I hues they only interested when talking MONEY!
This is my CHILD I am looking for…

If I could give minus 10000 ,I would.
What a joke,crap product,rubbish delivery,and scamming marketing.
Cheap plastic crap.
Ludicrous.Please do not fall into this trap.

Worst clothing I have ever seen looks like it was put together by a monkey terrible material with no lining I wouldn’t wash my car with it jacket and waistcoat set probably cost about £2 to make looked nothing like the picture now they say if I want to return it I have to send it to china at my own expense should never be allowed to trade

This a Chinese company NOT LIVERPOOL…. clothes poor quality not as advertised….DO NOT BUY ,you will be utterly disappointed they come from China and you have to return to China

I ordered a top advertised as " reduced from £84 to £39" . It took 25 days to arrive by which time I was on holiday . Because of the very long delivery time and my delayed return from holiday due to admission to hospital following a car accident it was some weeks before I opened the delivery .
I ordered an XL it was more like a medium , only reached 2/3rds down my arms , the colour chosen was a mid blue - a bright sky blue arrived , the fabric was a very poor quality thin fabric .
The customer service was very poor , lacking in sympathy to my explanation of not being able to meet a 30 day return - largely due to an appalling 25 days delivery . Their only offer = "20% off your next purchase". Crazy - no way would I purchase anything from these cowboys . Meanwhile I'm left with something closer to a rag than the advertised " quality top " which is way too small and an awful colour - guess I'll just have to wash my car with it.

The hoodie I bought was not as good as expected but just okay enough for me to keep it (I'm one of the lucky few who actually got something worth keeping).
Since then, I've been inundated with emails... "we're closing down. SALE", "we're staying open for a short while. SALE", "we were robbed (27 Jan 26). SALE". There is no evidence of, or news about, a robbery and they aren't registered with Companies House. In reality, they operate out of China under names that include "London", "Liverpool" or other UK cities. They often supply goods that aren't as advertised. Returns come at a cost. Just don't buy from them.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs or you will be out of pocket. Website displays a company in Liverpool, in fact in China. Products are nothing like advertised - ‘leather’ was polyester, sizes are a joke, returns impossible.

Unbelievable sh*t company, absolutely disgraceful, not a care in the world about paying customers, once they have your payment and order there not interested in you. Always refer you to the courier company, who are absolutely useless as well. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Only if you want to never see your package and payment again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Customer service answered my question quickly. Quality is acceptable.
