Quality poor and trying to return items waste of time. Sent email as suggested to request return details and have heard nothing. Now left with clothing I do not want. Like many would not use again.

I didn’t look at trust pilot or any reviews before placing an order. The website looked professional and the photos of clothing seemed decent. Well - my own fault. I’ll never use them again & will stick to the big known brands. I had to chase my order, kept getting very odd ‘assurance emails’ saying the items would be en route soon, with the deliverer soon, and I wasn’t to worry… after 2 weeks the items arrived. All I can say was they were the correct colour. They were clearly quickly thrown together - awfully cheap material, not as described, no washing instructions or sizing labels. Quite frankly I could have sewn them in my local Community Shed! I have made the decision not to complain, or try for a refund (after reading reviews there’s little point & a lot of stress). I consider this a lesson learned!! Just beware.

the website, name and web address suggest that this is a UK company- It isn't -its Chinese and returns are very difficult. I did read the returns policy before ordering but it didn't say I would have to send back to China! The clothes were all too big and long and the fabric was not the quality i would have expected- The full retail price you definitely NOT pay!! When i asked to return they offered me all the clothes in a smaller size and or a credit note for the full value and I didnt have to return the clothes- they said this was the green option- not sure how that works as they would have had to send more clothes from China. This is the second time Ive been caught by returns to China and now I will not buy anything that says you have to get a reply to your email before returning.

Do not buy from this company, it is an absolute scam. The items that are sent bear no resemblance to the pictures on the website. They are poor quality and made of synthetic printed material. The no quibble returns is an absolute farce and although you might think this is a reputable UK company, the returns have to be sent to China tracked delivery at your expense. Absolute scam and I think they have been selling as other companies with a similar process. They offer 10% discount to save the planet and ever increasing increments to reduce environmental impact etc etc. The shop front on the website looks legit but they are most definitely not. Don't ever buy a single item from this company

Dreadful company, nowhere on their site can I find that the goods come from China ( eventually as still not received). Everything said about themselves on the web site appears to be untrue. Goodness know what the cardigan will be like should it ever arrive

Was appalled to receive a tiny package of scrumpled up 'nylon' rather than the elegant top I thought I had ordered but, to be fair, it ironed up reasonably. I had cancelled my initial order as had reservations about the site but was reassured by the fact that payment was immediately returned to my account. I would, indeed, have had to return this garment to China for a refund which would all but negate cost but I was offered a choice of keeping it and a credit note for something else though not sure how much credit I was being offered. This Company is way from ideal but it isn't a scam.

Stupid of me to believe they were a family owned company based in Manchester `UK. They are liars and criminals. The top was rubbish and arrived screwed up.totally unwearable. I later found the same top on a number of other sites. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to post back to China and could only have a credit note for 15% of value. Totally disgusted.

Do not use! This is a Chinese company. Everything made in China and shipped over. No washing instructions or info on fabric used. This is NOT a Manchester company. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing!

The clothes took weeks to arrive. They are of very poor quality, poorly made, do not represent those advertised or modelled in the photographs, poor fit, do not have any care labels. Some of the photos are now being used by other websites, I suspect it’s a scam
Simply put, I would never wear these garments, I am still attempting to return and get a full refund, but I am not hopeful. They just stall by asking questions. If I could have given them zero stars I would.

Agree with all the other reviewers. Quality of clothes was poor, their link to a ‘returns’ email address gives you 404 Page not Found. Have tried to email them on the email given on the website but have received no reply. Now stuck with a dress and jumper that don’t fit properly and I don’t even like. Companies like this should be banned and investigated for scamming their customers. Disgraceful. Don’t waste your money.

Claim to be a Manchester company but the goods come from China. Ordered ladies shorts. Material is so thin the light shines through it. The material is so cheap hard and smells. Only fit for use as a polishing cloth.
The style is not as shown on the website. wish I had checked reviews first. Caught again. Facebook ahould ban these companies. I await the returns policy but do not hold out much hope. Company have agreed that the goods are not up to standard. Offered a voucher for a percentage of the value. If I choose to return the goods I would have to pay the postage costs. No UK return address of course. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Ordered a jumper. (Picture was knitted as jumpers are) arrived as a material jumper. Nothing like the picture showed.
Wish I’d read the reviews first. Ordered shorts. Picture showed pockets. Well no pockets on mine.
Very very unhappy. Says easy hassle free returns. I await return information.

Bought 2 garments - a dress and a woman’s shirt. Dress had very tight bodice and voluminous skirt I asked for return/refund but they said keep the dress & we will send a gift voucher for same amount to buy something else
Shirt looked ok but was cheap nylon type fabric, buttons were as for a man’s shirt and I have thin arms but the sleeves were too tight and did not button up
Delivery took a long time

The shorts I received were nothing like the ones that I ordered. I could have bought them from Temu for a quarter of the price. The style was different and the fabric was thin and creased. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased them. Much too expensive to return to China. I'll be more wary next time I want to order online.

If there was a minus rating this company would get it! Clothes are absolute crap & if you ask about returning them they need to go back to China using tracking at no doubt vast cost. They say their returns policy about returning them to China is on their website.

I bought some shorts from this company. The quality was poor, certainly not as described on their website and I contacted customer services to ask how to return my shorts. They will not give me the information! They only offer a credit which has to be spent in their store! Terrible, avoid at all costs.

I bought a blouse reduced by 50%, which claimed to be reduced from £60 from this company, which says on its website it is based in Manchester. After several emails telling me my blouse had been dispatched, I tried to track it using a link in one of their emails, but my laptop wouldn’t open it, and it flashed up a malware warning and blocked the website.
My blouse finally arrived after 10 days, in a tiny grey plastic envelope which easily posted through my letterbox - obviously not containing a quality product. The blouse is thin poor quality material, not 100% linen as stated on the label, made in China and unbranded. It is skimpy, much shorter than shown in the photo on the website, and the seams and finishing are really cheap. An acquaintance who is a senior women’s wear designer for a leading international high street fashion brand, and works with Chinese manufacturers, said the material is at best cotton linen, and the workmanship is appalling.
There was no return information included and no phone number, so I emailed customer service to request a full refund, as the goods are not as advertised. They said due to concerns about the environmental impact of shipping the return, and packaging waste, they would prefer to offer a 20% refund, or 15% plus a gift voucher for the full cost I paid to be spent on anything I want on their website. I said I wanted to return the blouse for a full refund, and they replied that if I did that, it would be at my expense to an address in China, and I would also have to pay customs duty, so should put a low value on the item on any customs declaration form, to avoid high charges. If they accepted my return, they would then refund my money.
As they have lied on their website about the company, claiming to be a long established firm in Manchester, and provided sub-standard goods, nothing like the photographs, I wouldn’t trust them and certainly won’t be incurring further charges to return the blouse.
