Harrison Funeral Care were fantastic. Their calm, knowledgeable and caring approach was just what we needed at this difficult time. Thank you so much for helping to make the day go smoothly and to Mark Catchpole for leading us in a beautiful service. We really appreciate everything you did for us.

Recently, I had the sombre task of organising a funeral for my late brother. During this emotionally trying time, I was fortunate enough to be guided by Natasha from Harrison's Funeral Services. From our initial conversation, it became evident that Natasha possessed a profound sense of empathy and compassion. She listened with patience and understanding as I explained my situation.

Initially, our plans were centred around a cremation. However, in due course, I had a change of heart, preferring a burial. Even though Natasha had made preparations for the cremation, she seamlessly shifted her efforts to accommodate my new wishes. She displayed incredible dedication to ensuring that all was in line with my requirements. Throughout the process, Natasha was an exemplary communicator, liaising diligently with the priest, the council, florists, and the team managing the order of service. Every single detail was looked after with precision and care.

A particularly poignant moment for me was visiting my brother in the casket. Natasha was there with me, providing unwavering support and guidance. It would be remiss of me not to mention her outstanding team of undertakers. Their professionalism shone through at every juncture. Lee, in particular, deserves commendation for his efficiency and the highly organised manner in which he worked.

In essence, my experience with Harrison's Funeral Services, steered by the compassionate and dedicated Natasha, was truly exceptional. At a time of profound grief, their support was invaluable. I wholeheartedly recommend their services for those in need.

When we walked into the Harrison office the day after my father died, we really had no idea what we were doing or what to expect but from day one they helped us through the whole process.

Their expert planning ensured the funeral went perfectly, to our exact specifications, and the team on the day were extremely professional and respectful.

The humanist celebrant they recommended was outstanding and the tribute site they suggested we set up provided us with lots of lovely photos and memories that were a huge comfort at a very difficult time.

Genuinely cannot thank Harrison enough for everything they did and would recommend them highly.

From start to finish Harrison’s were first class.

Staff is very Helpful and friendly, they guide you through every step of the way so you have nothing to worry about! They’re there to help in every way shape or form and takes every pressure of you. When I lost my brother my whole world seemed up side down , I didn’t no what to do or what was going to Happen .
I approached the Harrison branch with my sister & nephews and from entering to leaving everything was arranged and sorted out. A huge thank you to Natasha and her team the Funeral was just what we wanted. We would like to say a massive thank you to the Harrison team for the way they handled my fathers funeral it was the best send off we could give him the whole day went perfectly even also in the care of how they handled my fathers body they done an excellent job. But we would also like to add a massive thank you to Natasha she was absolutely great from beginning to end her service to us was 11/10 when she says she will be available to the family 24/7 she means it she was there on hand to answer any of our questions and also sort out any problems we may have!
