Something has definitely changed with the blades,the first blades I had were crazily sharp and lasted ages.I have had sone recently and they are nowhere near as good,not as sharp and lucky to get two shaves out of them.The Gillette I have got is far better than the latest Harry's blades.

Five years with Harry's and counting. The quality is consistently great, and their online customer service is even better. Zero problems over the years. I'd happily encourage others to give them a shot.

Whole can wasted. The foaming shave gel is going straight in the bin. Used it for the first time. Pressed the top down but it did not dispense any gel. Pressed harder and the gel just oozed out around the rim. Had a shave with the huge quantity that came out but it was too thick and gloopy. Very poor.

Value for money , been with harrys for quite a while,blades are sharp and last me a long. Not supposed to continue my subscription but my housemate enjoys it so why not. I wish they can send me a new handle for free😅😅

I've had this experience before. The razor set comes with a razor loaded in the handle. That 1st razor is excellent. The replacement blades however are not as good. Because the 1st shave was so smooth I bought some replacements before I needed them& they are not as sharp. Scam?

Good quality razor gives a good shave. Do not buy direct from Harry’s UK as cheaper on Amazon. Also noticed a deal on social media direct from Harry’s which was not offered to me when I ordered. Hence the 3 stars.

I recently purchased a twin pack of your shaving cream at Walmart. The cream dispenses extremely slow taking minutes to get enough to use on my shaving brush. I am very disappointed because your product is excellent.

Harry's provide a very good service. High quality products sent with minimal (but very nice) packaging. I would definitely recommend them.

I love Harry's soap. It has great scent and it is very long lasting. You can get them in a lot of stores, such as target and online. If you want good soap to feel clean and smell good this is the right soap.

I ordered the wrong blades. I contacted Harry's and they responded immediately. They offered to send me the correct size handle free of charge. It arrived 2 days later. (Valued at 11.99) Fantastic customer service. Thanks so much Harry's...awesome service.

Customer service responds to concerns by telling you how to sign up for military discount. A little critical thinking there would say- if the customer says the discount doesn’t apply to razors and the APO shipping is not working, don’t you think they already figured out how to apply it?

I’ve been using Harry’s for years, so I was keen to try the new Harry’s Plus. After a few weeks, I can honestly say I still prefer the older version.

The Plus definitely feels more premium in the hand — it’s more weighted and heavier on the blades — but that doesn’t translate to a better shave for me. The older Harry’s razors seemed to spread and glide across the skin more naturally. The Plus feels more clamped to your face, almost rigid.

Best way I can describe it: it’s like driving a fast sports car with no suspension. Quick and sharp, but you feel every bump.

It’s not terrible — it still gives a close shave — but comfort took a step back in my opinion.

Score: 6/10

I’ll be going back to the original Harry’s razors and really hope they don’t stop producing them.
