Great food at reasonable prices

The meals were okay on a par with any other frozen meals

Quick delivery. Well packaged. Good size portion. Tasty meals

The meals are good, but we had issues with only part delivery- 1 of 2 boxes- fault of courier. Second box delivered next day, some meals had started to defrost.
When telephoned Harrys very pleasant, and arranged to send 4 replacement meals 20/12/23. Unfortunately they didn't materialise, so contacted again after Christmas, and received them 29/12/23.
I think issues with DPD, probably exacerbated by the holiday period caused the issues we had, but I was concerned that someone could have refrozen those meals and made themselves ill.
However, it won't stop me ordering in the future, as the meals are of good quality, and the issues were dealt with as quickly as possible by Harrys, given it was the holiday period

Easy to order, great choices and reasonable prices. Delivery as requested. All my choices were delicious. Will order again

The contents of my package are excellent - however the delivery let everything down! The delivery driver contacted my flat - I responded and said I would open the entry using my remote control - but that is the last I saw of my package until another resident took her dog for a walk at 9.15pm that evening!! I am confined to a wheelchair and on continuous oxygen and live on the first floor.. The driver had left my package outside the main door not my personal front door. The entrance to the building has well displayed notices requesting that deliveries are taken inside the building. I shall not be ordering again from your company if this is how deliveries will be carried out.

The food tastes good, the portion size is correct & easy to cook & serve

Have had two orders delivered over 4weeks and they have been next day. All have been nice. Meals with chips need the chips doing a bit longer than suggested.

meat and gravy is lovely but there big letdown is there potatoes they're very small and hard can't even get a fork in them sometimes come on Harry's give us decent potatoes.

Easy to order great range of meals all very tasteful and very reasonable prices.

Food is tasty and a very reasonable price for the size of portions which are the best I know of for a single person. Not in every way the most efficient but the people I spoke to in following problems up did their best to help and were very pleasant. I would echo the reservation I read in another review - my order came in 2 separately delivered packages (with lots of packaging) and so when the first came it seemed half the order had not been delivered. But this was my second order from this supplier and will not be the last.

Great food, prompt delivery and good prices.

Better than I expected. So far everything I've tried is very good

Food very good. Delivery not so good came in 2 boxes 1 box left at front door with no notification that it was there luckily we noticed it there. As the frozen food is not delivered in refridgerated vans there is a lot of packaging to get rid of.

The meal was average nothing out standing Sainsbury’s taste the difference is a little better and no expensive delivery charge, get your delivery price down

The Meals are good, but I wish you would Cook the Carrots there always Rock Hard 🥕🥕🪨🪨😢
