why has this torture hell hole not been shut down? I can't believe that the FSA are allowing the barbaric treatment of animals. shame on all of you. karma can't come quick enough

Really concerned that this business is still operating with illegal animal welfare and slaughtering practices. Companies breaking the law and torturing animals need to be closed down.

Just watch the footage. This business is being investigated because of it's horrific treatment of animals. Check social media.

If I could give nil star review I certainly would this company run by an abhorrent family who abuse and torture poor sentient animals! Furthermore he does not (richard mullaney) give a toss about the locals or environment! His family far and wide have innocents blood on their hands and profit from misery! If this place was flattened to the ground it would be justice for all who they abuse! Karma will play its part soon enough

This company has got 1 star - says it all. Needs closing down. What I have seen online about this company will haunt me for the rest of my life. Worse than a horror show

The most shocking horrific thing I have ever watched!! Hartshead meats .. under investigation for animal torture .. cutting the heads off live cows, cows necks sawed open blood all over the floor right in plain view for the poor animals stood watching next in line. This torture house should have been closed down immediately. Richard Mulloney is a sick disturbed man for allowing this to happen, when confronted he laughed .. sick and evil.

This company are guilty of allowing horrific acts of cruelty. At the time of writing this, they are currently under investigation by the FSA. They have illegally in the past had the RSPCA Red Tractor logo on their website, when it hadn't been awarded to them.

After watching Joey Carbstrong YouTube video exposing the animal cruelty that happens here I can't believe this place is still allowed to trade. SHUT IT DOWN.

Horrendous animal abuse,for pure entertainment of the evil,sadistic staff. Laughing while electrocuting them in their genitals, watching them squirm & scream. Asking their colleagues, if they should cut the cows head off while alive for laughs. What can they do to improve. Ummm 🤔 Shut the place down and send them to jail. Hartshead Meats is a Horror Slaughter House that is worse than any Hollywood fictionalized horror film that's ever been made. The real horror here is that it's not fiction it's real. Cattle and sheep tortured whilst screaming in agony slow painful barbaric deaths after long journeys from whichever livestock auction Mullaney can buy them from the most cheaply. I personally have seen cattle arriving here foaming at the mouth having been transported in cramped conditions for hours in 31.5 degree temperatures to meet the most horrific end to their lives that anybody can ever imagine. Please if you have a single compassionate bone in your body have no dealings with them at all! All the directors and their staff should be in prison.

Run by a man called Richard Mullaney, Animal abuser. The company turns over millions of pounds through the business of animal torcher. Workers get a kick out of making cows scream in agony and like to make them as fearful as possible prior to slaughter. No self respecting butcher farmer or haulage company should trade with this facility if they want to maintain trust from the consumer. The owner shows no remorse and clearly does not care about what happens under his watchful eye. The company has mislead the public regarding what kind of slaughter goes on here and customers are most probably eating animals that have been ritually slaughtered with no stun with out even realising.

I cannot get over the nightmare of seeing and hearing beautiful trapped tortured cattle at this terrible slaughterhouse with the staff laughing and mooing as they are tortured and dismembered fully alive. I couldn't watch the video entirely has I had to go and howl but I am pretty sure they were trying to hack off the head of a live cow trapped in machinery for kosher slaughter. The noise sounded like screaming. I was brought up in the country and never heard noises like this from cattle.
We should no longer be just asking about the welfare of the animals living but we should be finding out about their slaughter. I am broken hearted for them and can no longer enjoy life without thinking about those horrors. I can't understand why the owner didn't come out when the videos were released and say I'm going to do something about this ,I'm disgusted too but no, that is not what has happened and the trucks still arrive every day even in the searing heat. Even my little local butchers in the middle of nowhere has heard about this 😓 please FSA, if you read this hurry up with your investigation and close this place.

This despicable company is being investigated by the Food Standards Agency for the most grotesque animals abuse imaginable. Avoid buying products from them and try one vegan meal at a time.

Wholesale traders, do not finance this place by bringing your business there!

Please boycot this facility. Please do your research and see the grotesque animal cruelty that has been filmed inside this vicinity by their staff members . Torturing animals , stabbing them in their eyes and dismembering them alive . It is being investigated as we speak and hopefully they will be brought to justice and closed down very soon.

This is a hell hole. The animals are tortured. It should be shut down. It is run by sadistic people where innocent animals end their life in a disturbing way. Hell on earth why it is still operating is a disgrace.

Claim to have high welfare standards however widely available recent footage shows cows being dismembered fully conscious, workers prodding multiple times for no reason. Decapitated heads in full view of other cows. Blood running into the street in the countryside. Currently under investigation by the FSA and hopefully the police.
