Es la primera vez que uso un trimmer en mi nueva casa que compré y siendo totalmente honesta quedé maravillada con la eficacia que corta mi césped además es muy liviana para mí ya que tengo 58 años y no puedo sostener algo pesado cortó muy bien mi césped encendió automáticamente a la primera me gusta mucho que la puedo recargar en una hora gracias a los creadores de tan magnífico producto

Customer service is lacking. Spent 3500 dollars on their riding mower and bagger only to find battery warranty quit after a year. They agreed to replace within 10 to 14 days. Been over 30 days with not as much as an excuse. Looked it up online and it says battery unavailable.

I bought 5 battery operated Hart tools from Walmart and on the 3 year mark all 3 batteries are dead. I bought Walmart insurance and Hart has a 3 year life and they won't do anything for me. My husband works in construction and has had the same batteries for over 12 years and using them constantly on tbe job. I have had theses batteries for 3 years and use them to do ALL YARD WORK.

Do not buy Hart. Spend a little more and get the tools and the batteries that will last. Its sounds so skeptic that they die on the 3 year mark? I bought them in July of 2022. 🤔😡I am stuck with the tools but no batteries. The batteries I have are the 6 ah 40v, 2.5 ah 40v, 4ah 40v. Stay away from HART!

Self-Propel Transmisson failed in less than 3 years of the 5 yr warranty. Warranty claims process has been a joke. Transmission is not a stocked part (odd being as how these fail often on users) so im forced to wait over a month and a half for the part to be fabricated and shipped to the repair center across town. If a company cared of customers theyd replace the mower in this scenario but apparently they dont see a problem with a customer having to go without a lawn mower for nearly 2 months. This is the last of any HART item ill own and may go ahead and replace the other HART items i have just to avoid this nightmare again.

Hart push lawn mower payed almost 400$ battery went out after one summer replacement is 200$ for a battery ???!!! Will never buy hart tools again !!!!

6 1/2 circular saw cuts like a dream. Light weight easy to control. Doesn’t scream when on. So far satisfied with this tool.

I just bought my first Hart product today and from the moment I tried it I've been very impressed. I bought the 13-inch weed eater today. It converts to an edger as well. I'm a 73 year old woman and find it to be light weight enough and does a super job. Thank you Hart.

I am retired gov't worker. I bought my first Hart weed eater several years ago. Great price-has never needed repair-easy to reload. I purchased a Hart
grass blower week later. Never needed repair-I sold my gasoline weed eaters and blower.
Few months later purchased a Hart portable vacuum cleaner-never needed repair-All batteries and chargers interchangeable. I was so impressed with the above purchased a home carpet vacuum. -3 yrs no repair. Again, interchangeable batteries with all the other Hart items above. -Great Engineering-a very reasonable price. -and good warranty. Highly reliable.
Never go back to gasoline.
Last week purchased another Hart Weed Eater from Walmart-98 bucks-including battery and charger.Why?
No reason-just figured the 5 yr old weed eater would break down one day-doubt it-but again as stated above-can't beat the price-Hooked on Hart I guess

Customer service was great. Unfortunately, I cannot try the tool met as it came without a battery.

Ended up buying 2 hart cordless vacuums and an extra battery charger. Over $500.00 in stuff just to find out that the brush head lasts 3 weeks to maybe 3 months before it stops working and smells like it is burning. They did replace them a few times, now I have 2 vacuums broken and they are saying they are out of stock and have been saying it for months. Instead of keep replacing the vacuum why not fix the problem with the brush head. Something is wrong with it if it can’t be used to vacuum a house every day without breaking before we’ve used it 3 months. I would love to go buy something else since I can not depend on the one I got but I have spent a lot of money on them. If you haven’t bought one my advice is DONT!!!!!!

I bought a 40 volt weed eater and it performs really good, like the guard to keep the Grass off of me!

The old saying; buy cheap and buy often. Purchased the 18inch mower. Had it less than a year. First the original battery that came with the mower stopped charging. They sent a new one. However, the original battery was a 20v 6 amp which they were out of stock. They sent a 5 amp. Cool. The mower works great when it work. It start even with a fully charge battery. Not reliable. I called the service center near me and left a voice mail. No return call. Should have bought a craftsman .

I bought a vacuum and it stopped working with in 2 months of buying. I reached ot to the warranty department to get a warranty replacement and It has been 2 months since I have reached still have not received my replacement part. I keep getting the run around. “It’s out of stock we just re ordered it”. Customer service and support is a complete joke. DO NOT BUY HART PRODUCTS!!! Save your self the headache.

100% satisfied with the support received when calling the 800 number. I purchased a 40V battery that was not holding charge, and the Customer Service Rep. Gave me instructions of how to disposed of it and place and order for a new one, which I got today and everything is working fine. Thanks a lot!

I needed a light weight blower for my porches and patio and this little blower answered the call! 20 volt Hart was perfect for me to do the small jobs. My husband's blower is gas powered and weighs about 45 lbs and is very loud. I always had to wait for him to get the job done but not anymore! Plenty of power and easy to use! Thank you Hart tools!

Easy to assemble and use. Hope I win a $100 Walmart gift card. I could really use it! Sent you a photo of paper that came in weedeater box.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I purchased a Hart vacuum and 3 months later it broke. I requested a refund due to my warranty in November of 2024. As of today 4/1/25 I have not received that refund. I have called them several times to inquire about my refund. I have had “supervisors” email me and advise me that they will have this refund sent to me. Weeks go by with no refund, so I will email them. They don’t email me back. This company is a scam. Do not buy their products. BEWARE!
