Terrible company, used them for a while then they started having trouble with their fuel cards and none of our fleet could use them anymore. We contacted them time and time again for them just to say they are still having problems. This was over a 2 month period, then another company called us stating that they are taking over from them. We then received emails demanding payment as they do not stop the payments directly from our account any more. Their organisation is awful and there after care service is none existent.

Harvest energy are useless. They don't reply to emails and the cards for our business are now not working.

Max was such a help and was totally hassle free process because of his knowledge and information

Then after a few months price goes up far above other fuel card prices.

Adam Parker was great both on the phone and via email explaining how the fuel cards work and the set up and usage process. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules and rearranged several calls for me as I was in meetings. We are waiting for the card to arrive now, but I would definitely recommend the service so far and from what I have heard, I think it will be hugely beneficial in our business - thank you Adam :)

Recommended by a friend, so made an enquiry on the website and less than 24h later, Amanda was ringing to answer our enquiry and any other questions we had. Took us through the application process quickly and effectively!

Based on the setup today and things explained, I am happy to sign up for a fuel card. T's n C's clearly outlined and my questions answered. This weeks price was beaten and explained how this can happen.

We needed to consider various options. These were fully explained and any pros and cons clearly mentioned. The follow-up paperwork and discussions to progress our application were quick and easy. Everything was discussed on a personal basis with our Harvest Energy contact - Anthony Walton. Clearly knowledgeable and thorough in his approach.

Found these guys to be super good with communication and getting the job done... I deal with Liam and he's been fantastic , I've left thus review off my own back with no prompt because I simply had to credit them for making my fuel bills so easy

Have used Harvest Energy for a couple of years now and I really can't fault them. We are always kept informed of up to date fuel prices and the staff are always willing and helpful to deal with any queries. Thank you to Anthony who has guided me through some issues and resolved it quickly with plenty of communication. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Returned to Harvest after trying a competitor. Harvest have always been transparent in cost and service. You know what price you'll pay in advance and unlike some of the other suppliers, there's no subscription charge. Anthony Walton has been upfront and straight talking from the outset. No hidden fees/charges

Great customer service

Having been stung previously with another Fuel card company with hidden charges i was hesitant to go again with someone else BUT Liam assured me there was no hidden charges and he was true to his word. Setting up the account has been a simple process and the invoicing & payments straight forward.
I can highly recommend Harvest Energy.

Adam was very friendly on the phone and we had an in depth discussion comparing the fuel cards that we already had to the ones that Harvest could offer. Since then, he has helped get us on the right fuel card network and we have even ordered more cards recently to supply Harvest fuel cards across our whole fleet of vans. The prices are clear and given in advance each week and we haven't been surprised by any hidden charges.

Shannen explained the benefits of the cards versus other competitors and that they were more widely usable at petrol stations nationwide and the rates were the lowest

As a company who use fuel cards regularly I am happy to recommend Harvest to anyone, I am used to being to told they will save us a fortune and then being disappointed by all the hidden charges but not with harvest. I have been dealing with Adam Parker who has been attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Very happy to recommend.
