Ordered phone on line put downward customer service my…
Ordered phone on line put down my sister to collect . When she went to pick up she was refused . I had sent her screen shot with all details including her name which was sent from Harvey Norman’s . She then had to show her driving license. After a while they gave her the phone .

Don’t mind having to wait till one of the products I ordered came into store but then when it arrived the email stated that the items had to be picked up within 3 days , this was difficult and maybe I could have phoned the shop to arrange an extension,

Vibration and Noisy is so bad even will 3pcs of clothes
The washing machine is so noisy and the vibration has started spoiling my kitchen cabinets. To the extent that my neighbor are knocking on my door to complain.

Awesome price reduction. Staff at Drogheda outlet were very kind and very helpful. He offered to carry my things to the car. Splendid teamwork. My auntie is a retired manager of the Harvey Norman Sydney Branch in Australia and we have always loved the purchases as they’re of great quality.

I was able to order online on 23 Decembrt. Picked item up collect on 24 December. Pleasant staff and efficient service considering it was Christmas Eve and busy in store.

I purchased a mobile phone online and chose to pick it up at the store; after 1 hour, I received an email stating that the phone is ready for collection.
Collect it in 10 minutes; staff was helpful and pleasant.
