Great experience with Harvey Norman Ireland

I recently purchased several Apple products from Harvey Norman Ireland, including an iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 10.

I was very happy with the whole purchasing experience. The option to pay by instalments made the purchase much easier and more convenient, and I also really appreciate having the option to make early repayments and pay off the balance sooner if I want to.

Everything was straightforward and well explained, and the overall process was smooth from start to finish.

I’m very happy with my purchases and with the service I received from Harvey Norman Ireland. I would definitely recommend them and would happily shop with them again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to my local Sligo store this morning to pick up a Samsung Tablet that I had seen in a store in Co Cork during the week. I wanted to buy it locally and I knew that Harvey Norman did price match so I was happy to wait and buy it up in Sligo. When I went in this morning the sales assistant told me that he had never heard of the store I had seen it in and he said he would only match Curry's. His colleague piped up to that I needed to look at their website. I left embarrassed and confused. I sat at the front of the store on one of their couches and contacted customer support. I was dealt with compassionatly and with professionalism by Christine. She immediately rectified my issue. She contacted the stores manager James and although I was reluctant to go back in, I did. James met with me and I felt at ease with him. He price matched my item and fair play to him he ended up crossing selling me another product which I was happy to purchase. James thanked me for my custom and asked me to bring him through my original interaction earlier so he could train his staff to do better next time. What great ambassadors for your company. Davey was the best and hardest worker any company to ask for! He assisted my Girlfriend and Myself throughout everything answered every question in great detail and made sure we understood everything even allowing Myself to transfer everything over to my new phone! Davey is a pure gentleman that goes up and above with his work! Davey honestly deserves a Raise or Promotion 100% He could take anything on by the looks of it! Even his way of putting screen protectors on was amazing not a single air bubble in sight whats very rare, We know where and who We will be going too for electronic products for now on! just need to go in a day He is working, once again 10/10 Person, 10/10 Service and We both left with smiles on Our faces, I hope management sees and reads this and gives Davey what he deserves 10/10 will 100% be back for every device or electronic product or even a question as this man knows his stuff! 10/10 start to finish!

Staff in store were very friendly and helpful. Gave good information on product. Delivery guys Ian and Conor so accommodating and my machine was delivered very promptly.

Great experience from both the lads. Delivery when promised, in and out took old oven too.

The staff are always really helpful, pleasant & obliging.

We were shopping for mattress, and got great help and advice from Emilia who had great personality as well. Once we had chosen the most comfortable one that suited both of us, the sale was very easy and efficient. I would recommend Emilia as she’s a great sales person so helpful.

Great service from the HN team. A big shout out to Emilia in the Sligo bedding dept. She is a lovely person who complemented the sale, instead of pushing it. A happy customer.

I recently purchased an item online, and when it arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong item. I brought the item to Harvey Norman in Sligo to explain my predicament, and a manager whose name evades me immediately offered to take care of the item to be returned. I am very grateful and impressed with the quality of your managerial staff.

The delivery was fantastic all the lads where really helpful went above and beyond offered to put into place and all they were extremely polite and pleasant would 100%recommend

From entering the Harvey Norman store in Sligo the experience was great. The sales staff were knowledgeable and free to talk through different brands based on our budget and dimension requirements for our fridge - special thanks to Ryan at Sligo store. Delivery was scheduled for the next delivery slot available (a few days only) and the delivery staff, Martin & Patrick, were pure gentlemen. Will definitely be using Harvey Norman again.

They phoned ahead to confirm the time, the delivery was not straightforward - very big, heavy massage chair. It wouldn’t fit in the front door, nor the opening of the patio door but Elvis the driver was able to remove the door and get chair in. Very helpful guy.

Straight forward and friendly. Does exactly what it says.

As always ,I have found the staff in Harvey Norman's in Sligo exceptionally helpful and polite.
