Contact less click and collect with order delivered to my car was very efficient and timely.

Excellent service and advice from Shirley in the Tallaght store when purchasing our new bed and mattress. The delivery was effortless and arrived on time and assembled within 30 minutes. I’ve bought a lot of items from Harvey Norman and couldn’t fault them. Brilliant customer service received.

Product is great and what I expected. However when I went into the store to pick it up as I had opted for click and collect. The person behind the till couldn't have been more rude. Rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I told her I was there to pick up an order. I've worked in retail so I understand the constant pressure and stress but there wasn't a large que so her reaction made no sense. I wasn't impressed.

I would like to extend a very big and sincere thank you to Rachel and Taylor at the Tallaght branch for the outstanding service they provided. From the moment I arrived, they were both extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive. They took the time to genuinely listen to my goals and needs, ensuring they fully understood what I was looking for before offering any advice or solutions.

Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel valued as a customer throughout the process. It was clear that they genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best possible outcome.

Thanks to Rachel and Taylor’s excellent customer service, I left feeling confident, supported, and very satisfied with the service I received. They are a real credit to the Tallaght branch, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and reliable assistance.

The washing machine I bought was delivered in two days as promised and I was given good notice and time of day it would arrive.

Bought AirPods,used click & collect.great price,cheaper than other places I checked. Staff member I dealt with not very friendly, I felt like I was disturbing her! Not a smile in sight either

Excellent customer service from the Harvey Norman team, especially the manager David, sorted out an issue I had immediately and followed up with a phone call to make sure was happy with everything. The delivery team were brilliant the item was large and very difficult to get into the room (almost impossible!) but the team did not give up and found a way! Awesome service from great Team

Very bad service. There was two I teams ordered but received only one and for the remaining item no one is accurately giving the answer. Disappointed

Be aware of hidden additional delivery and installation costs. Despite walking into store and knowing what I wanted to buy and how much I wanted to spend, I was then hit with an additional 20pc to cover delivery and installation.

And I practically did the installation! The washing machine had to be lifted over a sink to get it in place, and I knew their delivery people would be difficult. How is this supposed to work? It won't fit! I can't install that there. Great defeatist attitude to arrive with. Why am I the one showing installation people how to install the machine!

Needed to buy a TV too. Sales team efforts were awful. Went around the corner powercity and spent my money there instead.

The staffs are great but the process is a bit slow. Ordered for click and collect, website says ready to pick up but the product wasn’t ready when I arrived and have to wait 25-30 minutes for it.

Ordering easy but update on delivery slow. Eventually contact delivery arrange. Customer service very good. . However we got a 2nd delivery a day after the organised delivery- driver couldn’t take back as left it at our door and drove off . I rang back 8 times to organise collection . And no one has arranged collection
