If I could give zero i could.
We bought a mattress for 999e plus 49e for delivery we received it on a Monday morning and we slept!!on it for one night we both were very uncomfortable all night it was not the same as the one we'd tested in-store although it was the same model.
When I rang the store the next morning I was told that because I had taken it out of the plastic I basically hadn't any comeback.
I was told a manager would contact me I'm still waiting!!!

There was an issue with my online order and staff in both carrickmines and tallaght store helped to resolve it straight away. Product is excellent quality too, would highly recommend

The lads that came were punctual , friendly and considerate of getting furniture into place. Thanks lads.

I almost never leave reviews because I’ve never really had to. Usually issues with companies get resolved eventually with basic customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Harvey Norman has frustrated me so much that I felt compelled to write this review.

I purchased a Lenovo laptop through Harvey Norman and ran into an issue relating to an NVIDIA promotional offer/code attached to the purchase. Since then, I have spent an unbelievable amount of time being passed back and forth between Harvey Norman, Lenovo, and NVIDIA support with nobody willing to properly take ownership of the issue.

What makes this even more frustrating is that BOTH Lenovo and NVIDIA explicitly told me that this is Harvey Norman’s responsibility as the retailer that sold the product and advertised the promotion. Despite this, Harvey Norman continues redirecting me elsewhere instead of resolving the issue directly.

I provided screenshots and proof of these conversations, yet the response I continue to receive is automated “ticket resolved” emails even though the issue is clearly NOT resolved.

What has made this experience especially infuriating is the complete lack of accountability and communication. Instead of actually investigating the issue, the support system repeatedly attempts to automatically close the ticket unless I reply again within 48 hours. I have had to repeatedly reopen the same case just to stop it from being silently closed.

It also honestly feels like some store employees are simply trying to avoid dealing with the issue altogether. I have called the store multiple times, explained the entire situation in detail, and been promised callbacks that never happened. Shortly afterwards, I receive another “issue resolved” notification despite absolutely nothing being resolved. That gives the impression that staff are more interested in marking tickets as completed than actually helping customers.

At this point, the problem is no longer just the missing promotion, it is the terrible customer service experience, the endless redirection, and the feeling that nobody actually wants to deal with the issue properly.

I expected significantly better support from a major retailer. Very disappointed.

Excellent service

I used the click and collect service and gotta say, it was super easy. The whole process was smooth and only took like 2 minutes to pick up.

Peter and Davy just delivered my bed & sofa , they were just so professional and courteous. Would highly recommend them. Thank you excellent service

The assistant Nitin was very helpful and approachable. He seen me looking at the Sumup machines and came over and asked if I needed a hand or further information. He told me about the options and features of each and then went straight out to check the stock of the one I wanted. He then left it at the till for me and I was sorted in no time. Thank you very much.

Great place to shop, so many options. Ordered online and got it the next day for collection. Easy. However, staff are unfriendly. You don’t feel the warmth and eagerness to assist. They are polite but unfriendly.

First delivery men where great and lovely to deal with. Took all the packaging and then realised the dishwasher was damaged do took it backas too much damage. The second delivery driver with the fresh dishwasher refused to take the packaging even though all other drivers in past took packaging. He said he isn't an installer but neither where any other drivers from there I've had. Eoin in appliances was amazing from start to finish

During delivery, delivery people scratched the brand new flooring. This is very disappointing.

Very Easy to buy online & collect from store! Ordered an item around 9pm and they emailed around the afternoon on the next day which is great.

On time delivery, swift removal of old mattress and installation of new one. Excellent and Courteous service. In and out in four minutes!! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant communication on time of delivery. Everything was made as easy as possible with the customer in mind. Great in store service too.

So far I have had a really good experience with Harvey Norman and have to say I am very impressed.

I went to Harvey Norman to replace my tumble dryer after having a really good experience with the sales woman when replacing a TV.
I have to say, I had a much better level of service and experience at Harvey Norman than at another electrical store in Dublin (I’m not going to mention names).

Very nice delivery guys. Friendly efficient and on time.

Very good service with click and collect ready in less than 2 hours. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the shop is very tidy and clean.
The only thing I would suggest is the offer of a trolley for larger items or for the staff to help you carry them. I bought a 50" TV and it was awkward to drag and carry to the car as the electronic section is the furthest away from the front door.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my visit to your Tallaght store today. I visited with the intention of purchasing a stove, but I was unable to get any assistance.
When I asked a member of staff for help, I was told it wasn't her department and was instructed to find another specific staff member myself rather than being assisted or having a colleague called over. After waiting a further 10 minutes with no help in sight, I left the store.
This is unfortunately the second time I have experienced this lack of engagement in your store. As a customer ready to make a high-value purchase, I find this level of service very disappointing. I hope you can address this with your floor team to ensure others don't have the same experience."
