As per our email sent around 1 hour ago, there is a hold up at Madrid customs and they have had your parcel for 1 week. I have also sent you the screenshots of the tracking and advised that we will do everything we can to get the parcel moving. We have completed a customer service form on your behalf and sent it to spanish customs.
