Order the item Dec 10. Shipping said it would deliver in 5 days. Item won’t be here till Dec 29. Really unfortunate at the holidays.

Geeta and Rao were very helpful and polite. They said the products will arrive in 3 or 4 working days. It has been 13 working days since I placed my order. It is still in transit. I'm terribly disappointed with the delivery. I absolutely regret my purchase. I bought their products for the festival and kept telling them that I need it to arrive before or at least on the 21st of September. They assured me it will be shipped on the same day I place my order, but it looks like it was shipped a week after I placed my order. I will never be doing business with Hasthakala anymore. Nor will I recommend to anyone.

Great product excellent finishing

Hastha Kalalu allows customers to Order Out of Stock Items from their website, and tells them it will take time to procure those items from India. They do not answer questions on Wait time nor offer to Cancel the Order. Requests to Cancel order and Issue a full Refund are also ignored. This seems like a Scam!

Not a pleasant experience at all. Unenthusiastic customer service.. Didn’t ship my product yet and won’t give status updates.
