Ben is great!!!

Ben is great!!!! Ive had many piercings from him. Recently he did the monroe piercing... ive had to have him put jewelry in for me my fault!!! He has done dath & an several others.. great person!!! Clean shop!!!! Must visit!!!! 20 stars for atmosphere & personality!!!!!

this place is a joke

i would say for a place that sells hats they get off ebay they are just ok kinda cheaply made hats. the owner mark will lie and say he has the hats made and are 1 of a kind but he lies just do a pic search and boom youll find the same hats on ebay from the same buyer he gets from cheaper. they blamed tariffs and prices went up in april may and june of 2025 hats that were 41.99 are now 44.99 or higher please shop here with cation you can alway for cheaper plus they have a no returns at all

According to our records, you have not placed any order on our website. It seems possible that you may have ordered from a seller on eBay, where you might have received a low-quality hat and where their return policy may have been different. You should have to read the return & exchange policy carefully before purchasing from anyone.
You can review our own return policy on our website — we accept exchanges and also offer full refunds.

Regarding tariffs, they are not controlled by any individual company. Tariffs are charges applied by your own country and they apply everywhere, no matter where you buy or sell items.

Because you have not ordered from us, it is not clear why you mentioned our product quality or our return policy. We also want to clarify that we do not have any eBay account.

Our prices are slightly higher than eBay and Etsy because we have our own manufacturing department and we never compromise on quality. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Unlike others, we do not do drop-shipping nor do we send low-quality products.

Additionally, the fact that products appear cheaper on eBay or Etsy usually means that those sellers offer lower-quality items, and many such sellers do not accept returns. When an item costs $100, it is not possible for someone to sell the exact same quality for $40 or $50. And if someone still sells it at such a low price, then the same rule applies: you get what you pay for. Some also copy images from established websites, which is a common issue. If you have seen our images on someone else’s website, please let us know — we will send them a copyright notice.

Therefore, we kindly request that reviews be based on genuine purchase experience and supported with authentic proof. Posting reviews without an actual order does not help anyone.
