While our denim styles are designed to maintain a consistent fit, slight variations can occur between washes and production runs due to the nature of the cotton and finishing processes. That said, our design and production teams work diligently to ensure consistency across all styles, and we include fit notes on most product pages to help guide sizing as clearly as possible. We’d also like to assure you that our markdowns reflect seasonal or style transitions, and we’re sorry if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet expectations - this is not the quality standard that we aim for at HATCH and please know that we will be digging into what happened here.

I can confirm that our orders are shipped directly from the US. All of our shipments should include a packing slip with instructions on how to return an order if desired. We did try to locate your order in our system but were unfortunately unable to find it. We'd love to figure out what could have happened here. We previously shared certain customer information with approved third-party partners, as noted in our privacy policy. However, we’ve since updated our privacy policy to strengthen customer protections. We no longer share data in this way, and any data that is shared is done solely with trusted partners who help us process and fulfill orders, or if your information is entered in a shared giveaway. These practices are fully outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the sizing issue with your wife’s jumpsuit and the frustration you experienced trying to exchange it. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

HATCH is happy to offer returns on all items, except those clearly marked as final sale. At this time, we offer free exchanges for all U.S. orders and merchandise credit (with the exception of final sale items) on international orders. We completely understand how this can be frustrating, and expanding exchange and refund options for international customers is something we’re actively working toward.

We sincerely apologize again that your experience fell short of expectations. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue improving our policies.
