Hat heaven has hats that no other place has. They were fast delivery and hats fit perfect. True to size.

Great hat, been waiting forever to restock.
Shipping was a little delayed but that is USPS fault!

Hat Heaven New Era 59Fifty fitted hats are consistent. What I mean by that is the fit is always perfect. I wear a size 8 (I know big dome) and their hats always fit perfect. I’ve ordered fitted hats before from other websites. Though I always get the same size (size 8) the fit is inconsistent. Hat Heaven, size 8 hats always fit perfect for me. I have ordered hats from New Era, Lids etc.. and their fitted hats are inconsistent. Hat Heaven please continue to use the same manufacturer. Do not switch. I can always count on a perfect 59Fifty fitted hat from your company! You would think New Era would be consistent with their fitted hats, because it’s their own brand, but they are not. Hat Heaven is more consistent with New Era fitted hats than New Era is.

Hat Heaven has great quality hats! There’s always something new, virtually every week. Love the fit and look of the 59/50’s with an old logo or a World Series patch. Very easy to order and hats arrive quickly and well wrapped.

The customer service is excellent. The shipping is fast and the prices are amazing so is the inventory. Thank you.

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews! They are for an entirely different site. The real Hat Heaven has a long history of producing high quality, hard-to-come-by hats, while treating their customers with respect. I have placed several orders with the brand and have had a great experience every time.

WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO STEEL OUR MONEY. THEY ROBBED ME FOR $200 HATS NEVER CAME.

This place is a TOTAL SCAM...I placed a order a month ago a STILL haven't received it. They keep sending emails that the hat is out for delivery and NOTHING. The last USPS tracking had the package in the BRONX, I live in NC

I’ve been a long time customer, but their service has gone downhill badly.
QC is a mess. Defective products everywhere. I tried reaching out for help, but got zero response. That alone made me decide I shouldn’t support them anymore.

Their service is honestly awful now. The products feel rushed and careless. Worst part is no refunds, no discounts, nothing.

It feels like they’re struggling to sell, so they’re just pushing products out without caring. Laughable, really. This company is done. Seriously bad.

I even have some weird emails from them. They’re honestly embarrassing.

I think it’s time we stop buying from them. The stitching on the hats is terrible. Defects everywhere. Total disappointment.

The hat pictured on the website was not what was delivered. I was sent a very cheap hat made of “100% Paper”. No leather hat band as pictured. When wanted to return I was told I could take a 45% refund or ship it back to China for a full refund. I would lose money shipping it back. I ended up paying about 35 dollars for what wasn’t worth 1/2 of that

Dont order from here, customer service will do anything to avoid refunding. Package was delivered by USPS to the wrong building even though the right address was provided. Courier screwed up and this company refuses to provide a refund. So no hat and loss of $50 for me
