HattonGardenJeweller レビュー

Thank you so much to Laz and the rest of team for taking time and trouble to source stones to perfectly match exsisting necklace . Your service was fantastic , the quality and honesty I would definitely recommend and will visit again. Many thanks , Liz

Oh my goodness, where do I start?!

My fiancé was recommended by a friend who designed their engagement ring with Vince. He proposed with a placeholder, with the intention of designing a ring together.

We worked with Laz to design my engagement ring and then again for our wedding bands. The whole journey from start to finish was nothing short of amazing - Laz was super patient, really knowledgeable, and we just felt super at ease the whole time, like chatting to a friend. We never felt like we were being 'sold' to - he simply laid out all our options upfront so we could make the best decision for us, sharing his honest expertise every step of the way.

We absolutely love our rings and cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Laz and co!

We have had a fantastic experience with Laz and would highly recommend him. We chose Hatton Garden Jeweller because of all the great reviews we had seen and we were not disappointed. Laz is a true gentleman - very friendly and approachable, and puts you at ease straightaway. There is no pressure-selling - Laz takes time to understand exactly what you are looking for, offers his ideas and helps to collectively design your ring. He doesn't rush you and is happy to spend as much time as you need. He is very knowledgeable and will share his honest opinions because he wants you to make the right decision for yourselves. He puts the customer first. Apart from the first class service from Laz, the other thing that stood out for us was the complete flexibility in design - there were no constraints in terms of style, stone or metal. If you are looking for a trustworthy jeweller who will work with you to design your dream ring, we would highly recommend Laz at Hatton Garden Jeweller. Thank you so much Laz, it's been real pleasure!

I had a great experience working with Laz on my bespoke ring. He really took the time to understand my vision and was incredibly personable, patient and attentive throughout the whole process. The finished ring is beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. You can really tell how much care and attention went into it. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Laz!

Great experience at Hatton Garden Jeweller !!
Laz was so helpful in choosing the perfect ring with very little ideas to start with, and the end result is beautiful. All done in under a month from the first meeting to the pick-up, and at a good price. Highly recommend !

Laz and his team were fantastic from start to finish. He was super informative, honest, and clear throughout, which made the whole experience really easy and stress free. The service went above and beyond, we never felt pressured at any point.

My wife is very happy with the final ring, a beautiful diamond, really well made. The option to get it refitted regularly is a great bonus too!

Can't thank Laz and his team enough.

I made an engagement ring with Hatton garden jeweller. I just picked it up. When coming up with the design and consultation, Laz was so understanding. His depth of knowledge, patience and transparency is second to none. As for the ring, the craftsmanship and artistry is exactly what I was looking for. They helped my concept come to reality. I am most certainly coming back for my wedding bands and any future jewellery. Thanks to Laz for the great experience.

HGJ have been outstanding from start to finish, and the care they showed made a very personal experience feel completely effortless. I first went to HGJ with my daughter after they had been recommended to her. I had two rings that had belonged to my mother, and I wanted them remade because the original settings were not quite right. HGJ transformed them beautifully in platinum, creating pieces that feel both meaningful and timeless.
My daughter also wanted a ring made using a stone that had belonged to her grandmother, and Vincent made the whole occasion easy, reassuring, and memorable. Nothing felt rushed or complicated; instead, we felt listened to and genuinely looked after.
Recently one of the rings I had made lost a diamond. Laz organised for the ring to be looked at and after seeing there was no damage offered to replace the diamond and repair the ring free of charge.

HGJ went above and beyond for both of us, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful service, expert craftsmanship, and jewellery with real sentimental value.

I came to Laz and his team at Hatton Garden Jewellers, after having looked at six or seven different stores within the Hatton Gardens area, to find the perfect gemstone and team to produce my engagement ring and accompanying wedding band. Let me tell you I did my research beforehand, and not only did Laz have the perfect stone for me, his team and on-site workshop were able to provide the best service in terms of producing the ring as well as the aftercare guaranteed. He is incredibly approachable and honest, being straight to the point and I've had a great experience along the whole journey to produce the perfect engagement ring which my partner loves.

I can't thank Laz and the whole team enough at Hatton Garden Jewellers for their expertise and craftsmanship, as well as being great people to get to know. I look forward to going back and future projects as these guys really are some of the best jewellers Hatton Gardens has to offer.

Bought an 18ct engagement ring and Laz was extremely helpful in talking me through the process, showing how the ring would look with renders and then proving a beautifully made final product. Would highly recommend to anyone.

10/10 experience at Hatton Garden today. They fixed my engagement ring promptly, polished it beautifully, and were incredibly kind and informative. I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair to their jewelry, I felt like I was in great hands!

I had a great experience buying an engagement ring from Laz and the team at Hatton Garden Jeweller. Laz was very helpful in walking me through the decision making process about buying a ring and took the time to explain various aspects. I liked the fact that the team makes the rings in house (you can see the workshop), the shop feels like an authentic London independent jeweller and were very transparent and reasonable with their pricing. Most importantly, the ring was crafted to a very high quality and I was very happy. Ultimately, I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a jeweller in Hatton Garden and happily buy from them again!

The process from start to finish was efficient and the service was organic and not pushy like some retailers on Hatton Garden. The turn around was circa two weeks for a handmade ring and this is certainly a place you can trust. Will certainly be spreading the word and will be going back in the future!

I first came here to get my engagement ring resized and have since been back to commission our wedding bands, and some other jewellery advice. The appointment only format means that the time and consultation you receive is really personal and not at all rushed. The service is professional and extremely friendly with really clear communication and flexibility. Our wedding bands were beautifully made, and they even polished up my engagement ring again at the same time to keep it looking perfect. I won't be going anywhere else going forward!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish.

From the initial consultation, everything was incredibly well organised and thoughtful. I had quite a specific idea for a bespoke ring, and they had all of the gemstones I had requested laid out in exactly the right order when I arrived. They talked me through the different stone options, settings, mouldings, design details, timescales and costs, and I always felt that I understood exactly what was being proposed.

They kept me updated throughout the making process, let me know when my rings were ready to collect, and then spent plenty of time with me at collection talking through how to care for them.

The finished rings are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. They also polished my existing ring so that the whole set looks brand new.

The aftercare is fantastic too — they offer cleaning, and if any of the stones ever break, they will repair them.

The whole experience was genuinely faultless: incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and professional from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for bespoke jewellery and would absolutely use them again.

Brilliant service. I sourced my engagement ring and wedding band from Laz. From having zero idea of what I wanted or options available, Laz was excellent at breaking it down , being transparent and fair pricing (benchmarking against other jewellery in HG).

Would recommend and will be using again for any other jewelry needs.

Thanks again Laz and team.

Not all that glitters is gold .. especially in Hatton Garden, but Laz at Hatton Garden Jeweller surely is. After engaging a number of jewellers Laz and team easily stood out, taking time to understand what I was looking for (Necklace, Tennis bracelet and Earrings) for our 25th wedding anniversary and not only gave me frank assessment of what I wanted, but how to get there ... commercial v bespoke, natural v lab, machine made v handmade etc. Yes it's detail but for that special item its the detail that counts. I (or at least my wife :-)) now has the perfect combination as evidenced by her ear to ear grin when she wears them. But also I have the confidence I made the right choices, not always the most expensive, but certainly the best value for money.

All of this ablely guided by Laz. Very highly recommended for a frank, no-nonsense point of view and an openness to help you get to the best outcome and value for money.

Brilliant from start to finish. I came to buy an engagement ring with very little knowledge (only what I could get from online research and ChatGPT!). Laz broke everything down in great detail and helped my find the perfect ring. He selected and sourced the stone, and the shop makes the bands bespoke. Very happy with final product. Communications were great throughout the process too.

I had a number of jewelry repairs done and both quality of work and service have always been outstanding. Laz is very responsive and super friendly!

Excellent service from Hattons of London. Katie called me for a follow up about my recent gold coins purchase and I was blown away by how professional and caring she was. She took time to make sure I was 100 per cent satisfied and couldnt have been more helpful Its a rare to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like Katie does. She was simply the best Thank You!
