Havenbody レビュー

Haven sent the wrong order. Wrong size, wrong color, and they will not refund my money. They offered 20% refund. This company is a scam.

The underwear garments don’t have four layers. They are just like expensive regular underwear. Don’t buy from Havenbody. Letters with correct order numbers are rejected by the website. Nothing gets through.

Products are not sized according to their own published sizing chart - briefs are at least 2 sizes smaller than inch measurements per size shown on their sizing chart. Requested a refund - based on their 60 day guarantee. After multiple requests, was told “sale” items don’t fall under money back guarantee. Truth be told now - their items have all been priced “on sale” continually for the entire last 6 months, while I contested this transaction thru PayPal. This company is a total scam. So, so grateful to PayPal for intervening in my behalf - I was brushed off by Havenbody with a “sorry we can’t help you - no refunds”. Company was not helpful at all, only partially responsive after I badgered them relentlessly - then told me they would give me a 20% refund because they admitted that their website did not say anywhere that sale merchandise did not fall under their return guarantee. I was not even able to try the product on because their sizing is a total joke. Wish I had seen their Trustpilot reviews before I purchased.

I ordered $90 worth of so-called leak proof underwear. It is a joke. My regular underwear can capture more then their brand. They were also too small. They refused a refund. Lousy customer service..Claimed it was a special offer. Stay away from this company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a sham so buyer BEWARE. There is NO 100% refund if you are not satisfied—they get around this by saying you bought the underwear on sale or during a promotion. But then it is the company that gives you a % off if you give them your email! This is illegal. Also the fit is HORRIBLE and the sizing is inaccurate. Do NOT buy from this company. There are so many others out there that are legit. Walk Away!

Scam company! Not only did they send the wrong items but the charge on my credit card statement was doubled. So fortunately I contacted ANZ Falcon who told me Haven had illegally set up a direct debit in my name without my knowledge or permission. So Falcon have cancelled my credit card and are reversing the charges. Don't have anything at all to do with this deceiptful company.

One of the most untrustworthy and deceptive websites I’ve ever been on. Like others, I thought that there was a 60 day return, that the panties held 8 teaspoons of water. So I got scammed and intend to leave terrible reviews whenever possible. Do not buy anything from them.

NOT EVEN ENTITLED TO ONE STAR! $69.XX FOR WORTHLESS PANTIES. THEY CLAIM LEAKPROOF AND AD READS 30 DAY GUARANTEE IF NOT HAPPY.NO MENTION OF EXCEPTION WHEN PURCHASING"SALE PACKAGE". AS A COURTESY THEY SAY THEY WILL REFUND 20%($13.99) BUT THAT IS YET TO BE SEEN. THEY GO ON TO EXPLAIN THE PANTIES WILL ABSORB UP TO 4TSP....THAT IS LEAKPROOF! SCAMMERS!!!!!

I got scammed just like all the other reviews here say (I didn't check until I saw the shipping direct from China - my bad!). Bad product - I did a water test with 1 tsp. of water (they say their leakproof underwear can hold up to 8 tsp) and the fabric stayed soaking wet. When I asked for a refund, they pulled the same line about it being ineligible because it was on sale. Here's what I discovered - there are NO legal terms posted anywhere on the Haven website, and nothing is revealed when you place an order. To even find their "terms" I had to use AI to uncover them on the Shopify site. Even then, they don't say promotional items are not eligible, but they do have other contradictory points like "unopened items only) even though the consumer facing website CLEARLY promises that you can wear, wash and still return. But this is clear FRAUD (not disclosing terms) and I encourage people to fight back. I'm disputing the charge with my bank, but I have also filed fraud alerts with Shopify and the FTC. Don't let them get away with this - it's too easy to say "lesson learned" and move on. I'm not doing that anymore.

This company sent a product that was not as pictured on their website. I was very disappointed in what I saw when I opened the package. There was no absorbent layers and the material was not cotton, but cheap nylon. I cannot return the items due to a return policy limiting returns to only 14 days from purchase. The package did not arrive within that designated time frame. I would not recommend purchasing the incontinence underwear.

After relentless ads, I ordered from this company. Underwear is inferior to what I have been wearing for years from Everdries. Don't waste your money like I did.

This.company said they would give refund if unhappy with their product. That is. Lie! They tell you that it was a sale and that they neither refund or take returns! TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY,

Ordered 3 pair @44.95 no mention they were on sale. They did not work out for me and emailed them and asked for the procedure for returning. No questions asked gaurantee is BULL. They said they could not be returned because the were on sale. They were not. They offered me 20% refund I won't hold my breath. Terrible customer service.

They say they refund or replace their merchandise. Well I ordered underwear. They said because it was a sale they would do neither. Please do not buy from them! This is why I am not ordering anything else else from the internet. Please beware!

I would give this company a big fat zero 0000000000.
They do not honor their 100% guarantee!!! My order was not the right size and I only want to exchange them but they would not nor would they give me my money back. I exchanged many emails to no avail!!!! Do not buy from this entity!!!!!!!!

They do not honor their highly advertised 60 refund policy. When not satisfied with the product, they claim it is not available because you purchased on a special offer. All of the products are always on special offer and it is not made clear when you order that it does not apply. They process via Paypal friends and family so there is no recourse there either. Product is not at all what is shown on website photos.

The leakage control was pitiful. Once there was a leak issue, the product stayed damp against the skin and an odor developed. The top of them wanted to roll down, which caused discomfort along with the dampness. Contacted the company, and they only offered a 30% discount with a future purchase. The site offers a 60 day wash and wear risk free guarantee. This is not risk free, lol. I'm out of the money for the purchase and they are forcing me to make a future purchase to get the discount. Very displeased and irritated!!

If i could give a minus score I would. Their product is inferior and their 60 day money back guarantee, "no questions asked" does not exist. I requested a refund on delivery as I could see these are a cheap knock off or Everdries.
Seemingly ths advertised 60 day guarantee doesn't apply to the "special deal" price they advertise, despite it being quoted on every deal package advertised.
I will be apllying for a Chargeback from my credit card company.

Like the other reviewers, I am a victim of false advertising, having been promised a 60 day full refund period if I wasn't satisfied with the product. When I contacted the company, which also does business under the name Trendy Teddys LLC, based in Wyoming [that's who the payment was made to], I was also told that I had purchased during a special 'all sales are final' campaign. They offered me a 30% discount on a future purchase and a 20% refund, despite my showing them a screenshot of the ad I ordered from that clearly stated the 60 day refund guarantee on every page. I have reported the company to PayPal to try and obtain my refund.

Don't waste your money on this site. Don't believe the 60 day guarantee and easy return policy. I ordered 2 sizes larger than my usual as per comments that they are on the smaller side. Well, I should have ordered 4 sizes higher and even then I don't think the sizing would be correct. Also, there is a "crinkling" sound on the absorbent layer of the underwear. I'm not at all satisfied and upon writing them they will not take returns because I bought them on sale. Although there is no mention anywhere on the site. They did offer me 30% off my next purchase. Why would I buy more of unsatisfactory product!! Please save your time and money. UPDATE: Haven has tried to satisfy me with savings on a new purchase and savings on purchase I've received that I'm not happy with. I'll give them an extra star for attempting to satisfy me BUT they definitely should be clearer on their site.
