Ik heb niets besteld maar word geld van mij opgenomen

Ik heb niets besteld en omdat alles in Engels was ben ik erin getrapt, inmiddels word van mijn rekening maandelijks geld opgenomen zonder dat ik er op de hoogte ben en wat krijg. Zogenaamd is t opgewaardeerd geld op de rekining.Help me a.u.b.
