We ordered a few shirts for our project team. I got a couple samples to see how the material felt and hownthe logo would look. After some communication and tweaks the final order was perfect. Everyone was very happy with how they look and feel.

I provided a logo.

The shirts were done quickly.

Delivery was faster than expected.

Quality is excellent.

Quality of the shirt is not very good. The stitching is all over the place. Shipping takes forever because it comes from China. The shirt fits very snug. Not true to size. Kind of disappointed for a $40 custom shirt.

Their team was exceptional. We shared our design concepts and logo requirements, and they executed everything perfectly. From initial concept to delivery took less than two weeks, and the entire process was seamless. They communicated clearly throughout and ensured we were completely satisfied. The shirts were a huge success—the quality and style exceeded our expectations, especially given the quick turnaround. I have ordered 3 times from VINCO Hawaiian shirts and every time it has been perfect. The sizes are correct, I didn’t have to size up like I do with other Hawaiian print shirt companies. The shipping time was reasonable, the cost reasonable and the fabric does not wrinkle and is lightweight for hot summers. I will,v

This company is horrible. They do not tell you that they are located in CHINA! I paid for expedited shipping because I needed my shirts within two weeks and they quickly emailed me and asked if was sure I wanted to spend the money for expedited shipping because their standard shipping was 8-11 REGULAR days (I confirmed NOT business days) so I agreed to standard shipping and now here I am on Day 14 with event in two days and no shirts and no one will answer the phone or respond to emails!

Poor service, Poor quality of merchandise. Ordered a standard tshirt dress with santa on it. Of course, you are not aware it ships from China and beware NO returns! Dress might as well have been made out of paper, very, very poor quality. When I complained, I was told no returns unless I can prove the item Is defective. My fault for not doing research...stay away!

Poor Service! There was no tracking info given at time of purchase. Tried several times to contact a live representative of the company, but only ever heard back from a chat bot who refused to help with the issue. Shipping time is quoted 11 to 15 days on website after 20 days. I finally received my item but it was past my event date and have not been able to speak with someone about a return because they only use chat bots. very frustrated with lack of concern and compassion.

It is hard to find a custom button up shirt provider. That being said, please do your research. This company is just the site in the United States that sources their product from China (in my case). This shirt cost me $53 dollars and took a month to get. They beat around the bush a little on the website on how long the whole process takes, but they never mention that the shirt comes from over seas (unless it is in the fine print). The customer service is not that great either. I emailed and sometimes would not get an answer for two or three days. Other times, the person wouldn't answer the question or concern that I had.

The positives are that the shirt, for the most part, came out great. The collar is a bit small for my liking and the size was not true to size ( I got a 3 XL and it was just a tad tight... 3XL should have fit better). However, the shirt was a hit at my school's spirit day.

Personally, I will never use this company again (I will find a direct shipper from overseas). The experience I had took all the joy from what the shirt was supposed to represent. It was like getting socks for Christmas when you wanted a new car. However, if you are willing to pay $50 for a custom button up shirt and willing to wait 30 days for it to arrive, then I would say these guys are with a shot.

The concept is awesome the product is shit, the shirt fits bad the sleeves are to big and uneven, it's shit / the material is cheap and the collar doesn’t lay correct. Like I said the sleeves are way to big uneven and a little on the short side for the size they are
They claim someone from the customer service department contacted me….. wrong that’s a lie, the product is shit and so is the customer service. Like most big companies they don’t give a shit…. Just want your money.
Total joke…… I am asked constantly by trust pilot to add to the review and give more details so the manufacturer can help to make changes. We all know they won’t change anything and they will continue to lie about their products. Trust pilot said my review may not be considered legitimate if I don’t explain and expand my review, well it is legit, my money was real that I paid with so do whatever they want to. Beware of this seller

The shirts and dress were well made and comfortable. We got great positive remarks on them from a lot of people. I couldn't figure out how to upload pictures. They looked so nice on me and my family. 😊

Good fit, nice weight and perfect size. They did the custom logo well.

I did not like the material of the shirt and sis not like the size, large was medium at best.
