Found this company while doing an online search for a classic leather bomber jacket for my daughter. Excellent customer service as they reached out to make sure they were shipping the correct size based on her measurements, and confirmed/verified shipping address as it was going directly to her as a surprise gift.
Received an email from Ahmed to confirm the jacket had been delivered and asking about the fit etc.
My daughter couldn’t be happier with the gift. She absolutely loves the jacket!
She said the quality and fit is amazing and the jacket was delivered with explicit care instructions.
Now I want one for myself!
I will definitely be ordering from this company again in the future.

Despite on this occasion the product fit /style sadly was not quite as hoped Hawk & Bull customer service from pre-order, to order, delivery and then return was exceptional, one of the best I have come across. Would recommend and use again the future. Thank you!

Do not use 3 days of asking for a refund, I finally get an email saying i will be refunded promptly yet I have not been refunded... please do not use this company

Lieferung einer Lederjacke in falscher Größe, Rücksendung nach USA, 50€, nach mehreren rechtlichen Androhungen, deutsche Adresse bekommen, Sendung kam als unzustellbar zurück.
Nach einer Erstattung ohne meine Versandkosten kam noch eine Rechnung über Steuern und Zollgebühren, der Verkäufer reagiert nicht mehr.

Jacket did not fit well, zipper on wrong side. Sold as men's jacket but was definitely not. Awful customer service! Takes days and multiple emails to get a response. Good luck returning anything. There is no one to receive the return.

First, I would like to congratulate this company for their attention to customer service and in particular Ahmed their company representative. His assistance with my purchasing and eventually having to exchange the jacket that I purchased was outstanding. He was very receptive of my concerns regarding my purchase and stayed in contact with me continuously via email throughout the process; responding promptly to all of my inquiries. It is solely on the strength of my interaction with him, that I anticipate on doing business with this company in the future. Thank you Ahmed and I hope your employers realize what a valued employee you are.

Ordered the trucker jacket and I am more than pleased with the delivery and the garment itself is absolutely top quality and looks and fits great as if made to measure .I am borderline XL/2XL and went for the larger size .Would certainly recommend and will use again .Easily 5 stars from me.

I recently purchased a jacket from Hawk and Bull, I was kept up to date with the progress and shipping.
The jacket arrived but the style didn't suit me, I requested a return and a refund and they couldn't be more helpful, smooth process and took under 7 days .
Would recommend to anyone.

PayPal had to step in and force the refund. They will not respond to your plea for a refund, their stitching is horrible and the quality is not as per the images! Be warned! They are not based in US or UK etc, they are in Pakistan and the cloths come via Arab Emirates (strangely enough). Save yourself the pain!

Waited weeks for delivery. Wore item (jacket) once and within 2 hours it had ripped by itself, with no external factor such as catching. Have sent 3 emails with photos and no response. The Whatapp number provided is not listed on WhatsApp. This is a scam company. AVOID

Not a great experience for me overall. I ordered a Pea Coat. It was a poor fit and felt cheap overall. For less money you can get a Montgomery duffle coat which is made in England and twice the coat in terms of material and quality. When I tried to get a refund it took ages for them to respond. I actually called up my bank to consider my options. But I decided to give them another day and I finally got an email with return instructions. Even after return I had to remind them to give me a refund after they had the coat back for over a week.

Ahmed stayed in communication with me the whole time from order to delivery and followup.
The coat is well made of high quality leather and fits perfectly. I will definitely order from HAWK & BULL again!

I like the quality of the product. The leathetlr is real and it fits well. I also like the maintenance and care card that came with the product. Once my email finally reached "someone" in Hawk & Bull, the coat was shipped in less than a week. Prior to that here is what I went through:
1. I placed the order online using a legitimate credit card. Everything appeared to process correctly and a purchase order was generated. However, I waited a day or so for an email confirmation but it never happen. After about a day or so I went to your website and sent an inquiry email requesting a status update. No response. I waited again a few days and repeated email inquiry, which contained the order number, my email address and my phone number. Still no feedback from Hawk & Bull. I called the number on your contact website three times but the answering service kept saying in English and French "if you know the person's number you are trying to reach please dial it now". I could not reach a live person. Finally, I went to the refund section on your website and explained that I have not received a response from Hawk & Bull. Within a day I got an email response back stating that someone is working on my refund. The next email i received stated that my package is being shipped. Within a few days I received the coat.
My recommendations:
Have someone or automate the monitoring of all emails. (You had my order number which should always be monitored by your system)
Add more options on your phone whether you are open or close. A client should have more than one you reach you. Good customer service will always yield repeat customers. Review your service process daily until you get it right. Ensure your employees are properly trained and enjoy what they are doing.
Those are my thoughts.
