Hawkins Builders were quick to respond to my enquiry, efficient in getting the work done and tidied up after themselves. I couldn’t have asked for more.

We have used Hawkings builders for a number of property ideas, repair and maintenance and will happily use them again. For our latest project they did a good job on refurbishing our bathroom, laying a new bathroom floor, carefully regrouting existing tiles, replacing ventilation fan and redecorating.

We were really pleased with the work Hawkins Builders did on our house. The communication in the run up was excellent and thorough and we had a clear expectation of cost. The work itself was carried out to a very high standard, we were kept in the loop and it was left tidy when they left- very professional. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Absolutely excellent service from first meeting through to completion. Very consultative approach. Everything is explained and discussed so one knows what to expect. Brilliant approach with great communication. Work is undertaken to the highest quality. They tidy up afterwards too, which is not always the case in construction. I cannot reccomend Tom and the team highly enough.

Tom and his team worked really hard and we were really pleased with our bathroom. They were able to overcome unexpected obstacles and were focused on a high quality end result.

They were considerate and consultative - for example on the finishing and fittings.

Trustworthy, good communication, stuck to quote (apart from essential changes we agreed on during the job). We had a wall removed and steel goalpost installed on new foundations. We would recommend Hawkins builders. They may not be the cheapest but you get the quality you pay for. The lads were all friendly, polite and respectful.

We recently had them out to do some work on our Victorian terrace: repairing a stone garden wall at the front of the house; and doing some repointing and brickwork repair on the main house. They did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the results.

Communication was very easy and Tom was responsive, keeping us in the loop on timelines and replying quickly to any questions or queries.

The quotes provided were done professionally and went into detail, itemising work on quite a granular level.

Had a leak in one of the bedrooms. Contacted Tom, who was able to come out quickly and assessed the roof via a drone and quickly identified a broken tile and potential guttering issues. He sent through a quote for the work really quickly and was able to fit the job in at short notice. I was kept updated on all the work regularly via message, with photos, which really helped me understand the issues and see the progress. Very thankful to Tom and his colleagues, very friendly and professional throughout.

Tom and his team have done a few jobs for us now. Always professional from start to finish. We are completely satisfied with the work they've done and they are now our 'go-to' for any building work.
