I’ve used Hayes finance multiple times in the last 13 years and they are very freindly people what do exactly what it says on the tin they sought your mortgage out with minimal fuss and they do it all very quickly thankyou guys for being so helpful and I can’t recommend them enough to anybody who needs a mortgage

Kieran and his team came up with a great Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor (JBSP) solution to my daughters 1st time purchase overcoming her income shortfall. A pleasure to deal with.

We used Hayes when buying our first home. The process was very smooth, and the team at Hayes made everything very simple for us as well as being able to get us some very good rates. Communication was seamless and they even kept us updated as rates improved while our sale was going through, meaning we managed to secure a better rate before we completed on our home. Nicola was great as well at keeping us updated as each step progressed. I would definitely use them again, highly recommended.

This company ghosted me after I had sent them my financial details and proof of ID in the form of a passport. Despite e-mailing and leaving messages for two days they did not get back to me then failed to be available for an arranged phone discussion. I reported them to police for potential use to fraud. Don’t trust this company.

I have recently used Hayes Finance for Equity Release and am very pleased with the help, advice and patience they have given me, especially Kieran and Nicola. They have kept me updated throughout the whole process with calls and emails, nothing has seemed too much trouble.
