I want o warn everyone about my terrible experience with this company. I sent money very early this morning, before 8am, and as of 6pm the money has still not been delivered. I contacted them several times throughout the day and all they kept giving were excuses. The money is no longer needed, so I asked them to cancel the transfer and refund it back to my account. They told me that cancelling it would take 7–14 days and that I would still be charged fees. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to me with them. I had almost forgotten about my previous bad experience because I thought I had deleted the app. I also know other people who have had similar issues with this company. I have a lot of evidence of the conversations and transactions. I am sharing this so that others can be careful and avoid going through the same frustrating experience. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. No one should have to go through this.

Is fast and reliable

Best transfer ever with competitive good rates even when the rates are bad.i got issues resolved within few hours so I will suggest this is the best out there compared to the rest.

I have used HB Money Transfer for some time now, and my experience has been mixed. For smaller transactions, the service is generally fast and reliable. However, I have consistently experienced issues when sending larger amounts.
Most recently, I sent approximately £700 to a regular recipient using the same account details I have used previously. Although the transaction was marked as “successful,” the recipient did not receive the funds. I contacted customer support in the morning and continued following up until the evening, but the issue remained unresolved.
I found the communication from customer service to be unhelpful and repetitive, without providing clear answers or solutions to the problem. This was quite frustrating, especially given the urgency of the situation.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution and clearer communication, as situations like this are very concerning when dealing with larger sums of money.
The problem hasn’t been solved since Monday 16/3/2026 to 20/03/2026

I would like to share my experience with HB Money Transfer to warn others to be extremely careful before using this service.
I sent money to my brother last Friday, and as of today (Thursday), almost one full week later, he has still not received the funds. Despite repeated follow-ups, the situation remains unresolved.
I have:
Provided my brother’s mobile wallet details as requested
Asked multiple times for proof of transfer, which has not been provided
Attempted to call their phone number, but no one answers
Communicated through their chat service, with no clear resolution or confirmation
To date, there is no evidence that the money has been sent, and communication has been very poor. This lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support is deeply concerning when dealing with people’s hard-earned money.
Based on my experience, I do not consider this company trustworthy. I strongly advise others to think carefully and exercise caution before using HB Money Transfer or any similar service. Always use companies with clear tracking, proof of payment, and responsive customer support.
Please be vigilant about where you send your money.

I don't think this company exists. A scam I believe because I remitted my family in Ghana for 2.5 days the money not paid. I called severally but was told, there's a technical problems in Ghana whereas there was none. Now they won't even pick their calls. Don't use them. Dishonest company.

Initially I was confused about this app when sending the money but now it's becomes my number one app used to do transactions and even recommended to alot of friends.
