They are polite when you speak with them but when I order it takes about 2 weeks before the supplies are shipped. I’ve called on that before.

What makes my strength great is it that when they made an error and my delivery they fixed it and took care of the problem and made it right and if they are doing really well for doing for what they do to help people with their incontinence and etc., but otherwise they’ve done great. I love the products that they just sent me.

The reps are very personable and always resolve any issues if you have them.

Service is 100% more reliable than others that I have used. Client support is very strong and have access to all prior calls which creates a nice continuity in communication. They are very good at reolving Meducare procedural problems.

There have the pullups for my down syndrome child.
